Because other teams are morons and just focus on poaching our entire staff, despite the fact that Clemson's staff has been a part of 2 national titles and recruits very well, and Georgia's staff recruits very well.

I guess we'll look back to the NFL for an OC.

Eh, not melting. I'm sure we'll get some candidate no none has heard of or everyone think is underwhelming, then will wreck shite in the fall and all will be forgotten.

Learned years ago after the Kiffin hiring to not question Saban. Not saying he hasn't made mistakes, but after 5 titles, unless Monday night's game happen in the regular season, it's hard to find anything to question Saban's moves.

Same. Of course, if Saban announces a retirement or that he is leaving...full blown meltdown.

Looks like we are only keeping Golding, Banks, Pannunzio, and Lupoi.

This is not good. I'd never bet against Saban, but this kind of upheaval year after year will be the downfall of the program as we know it.

Perhaps an even more important question is why is Enos moving on, because if he was to be involved in choosing a line coach, then Saban expected him to stay.

It's been a damn good run though. Best ever.

I still stand by my belief that Enos wants to run his offense with no interference from the HC and that doesn't happen at Alabama. I'm not saying Saban is wrong to want input or impact playcalling, but not every OC is ok with that.

Finding an OC isn't the issue here.

What we need is a competent QB coach. What he did this year in that dept is nothing short of incredible.

I've said for years that I wish Saban would let the offensive coordinators, the guys he hired, run the offense the way they thought best.

Definitely. I hate the prevent offense Saban likes to run. I know he doesn’t like to run the score up, but wasn’t Bobby Bowden that said something to the effect of “if you don’t want us to score, stop us.” I wish he had that mentality.
