I usually don’t say bad things about our players on forums or social media but he is one player I’m happy to see leave. I can’t stand someone not giving effort and that is true for anyone, even my own kid.

Yeah I don’t like to bash players if possible, but #19 just didn’t *try*. Most of the time, he was just barely taking up space. Watching him block at times was infuriating, because he would just chip a bit and then stand there watching the play. Blew my mind.

I'm about as much of a "benefit of the doubt to the player" guy as there is, but he just blatantly gave up on numerous plays last night - both in the blocking game and while running routes.

I wish his arse would of left sooner with the effort he gave. I know they are kids, but he isnt worthy to part of BAMA.

Drew Sanders looks like he is more of an ILB to me but he still should of played more.

We could of used Him, Turner, Anderson on third downs or something!

Hate Sanders could leave... maybe he'll reconsider.

Can't blame Tyson...he walks away as having worn the crimson as a legacy with a NC ring. Would have been epic to see Bear Bryant's great grandson lead Bama to a NC as the starting QB, but I wish him well. He could make a real impact somewhere like Troy with 3 years left.

I am amazed that Nick Saban sent out 19 to play each week. I have never seen a player give as little effort as that guy did for 15 games. The backup for 19 must really be bad.

CNS did disservice to team sending him out on field

He should have taken his complaints to twitter it worked for 84

Yeah, that was it. The rash of WR injuries had nothing to do with it.

Wasn't the backup Latu, he gave more effort but his frick ups nearly puts him on equal footing with billingsley

There’s a big skill difference between the two receiving wise. I’m really curious how Latu develops with an extra offseason. The big thing is he’s always busting his arse and put in the work to even start as a tight end.

Guy can block, but the catch and run ability was just not there yet. He’d have some really simple drops at times

That first Bryce int it seemed if #19 would have tried to play through or past the Georgia DB (who had his hands all over him and was holding him up somewhat) he could have gotten a PI call. But didnt he fight through it so the PI didn't look overly obvious to the refs, thus no call.

Billingsley = DJ Hall

I think Billingsley's has more talent, but they both had the same mindset at Alabama, entitlement!

If Latu had the athletic ability of Billingsley, he’d be a great TE. Unlike Billingsley he actually seems like he’s trying even if he misses a block or drops a pass.

Glad to see him go. His effort this year absolutely frustrated me!

Don't know if this has been mentioned in this thread but I was watching YouTube highlights of the 2020 Bama team and Billingsley actually played like he gave a crap. Not sure what happened in 2021.
