Court of public opinion has much weaker standards than a federal court.

Not to mention there could be consequences from an internal investigation or a subsequent NCAA investigation. They better be fairly clean or get it covered up well. They are repeat offenders.

Some thoughts after the Natty:
O. The Penn State stuff - if true - is sickening and the penalties should be off the charts. I mean: Penn State again, really?
1. I'm relieved that Lsu won. I don't think I would have been able to stomach the hype about Dabo Swinney and Clemson if they had repeated as champs.
2. The ACC should be renamed the Atlantic Cakewalk Conference.
3. Joe Brady should leave if any NFL OC position is offered (current rumor: Panthers). Reason: there is no way he can duplicate this season. It's like it can only get worse now that Joe Burrow is leaving. What if next season isn't so great? Will he still be one of the hottest names in football? Before the Natty he was super diplomatic about questions re: his future. Let's see what happens now.
4. Seems like Najee is staying. Those pics with Mac and then in the Bama fitness room could very well be his equivalent of an instagram announcement.
5. I read somewhere here that Mike Groh was going to be an offensive assistant at Bama. Is that right? If so, should CNS make him wide receiver coach again? Heck of a recruiter back in the day.
6. Derrick Ansley as DC, do it now, thank you.

Good luck Jerome. I'll forever respect Cincinnati for their epic tweet after they beat UCF.

I find it hilarious that LSU Insider VolTiger swore to the LSU fans on their board just days before Brady left for the Panthers that he was 100% going to be at LSU next year and that the fans needed to quit bugging him and asking him. Now Brady is gone and the insider looks like an idiot.

Yep. There are some posters who have called him out and even pointed out where he got info (pay sites) but there are so many who act like he is a god or something . Funny reads for sure . Dude is full of shite

insider posters getting info from paysites and passing it off as their own inside info? and a bunch of other gullible posters who eagerly lap it up time and time again?

that would never happen on this board. ;)

Just like everything else , they (LSU) take it to a new level . When I read his crap , I picture a skinny , coke bottle glasses guy sitting behind a computer screaming “No!, No!” every time one of his “inside” predictions does not come true .

“So and so.... he will be a tiger !!
He was in contact with our staff late last night ....he is a tiger !! “. Then the opposite happens . Funny stuff

Alabama RB Najee Harris will return for his senior season (BamaOnLine)
quote:

Alabama will have its leading rusher for one more season. Junior running back  Najee Harris will pass on the 2020 NFL Draft and return to the Capstone for his senior year, a source close to the program confirmed to BOL. Harris is not expected to make an announcement on social media like his Crimson Tide teammates. The Antioch, Calif., native has been back in Tuscaloosa since this past weekend. . .
