Here's what it is: We'll recruit over Roc. Runningback is a position we can be choosy with. Every runningback in the country wants to play for us. We already have Bo. We signed 4 last year. Fournette or bust.

I agree on the impressive offer list. But, as much as I don't want to be a negative nelly, I almost would have felt better about the kid if he simply said "I really like Bama" as opposed to "Bama is my new #1, FOR NOW"
Feels like a Burns situation. I think there are a lot of kids who don't really want to pay the price but want the hype. So they act like they are into Bama. Really no way to separate the pretenders from the contenders though until they sign the LOI.

No. I think Fournette goes to LSU. However, I don't think we HAVE to take Roc just because we may not get Fournette.
It's like this, you may not hook up with a 9 at the bar, but just because you strike out doesn't mean you have to hook up with a 6 if you've got some 8's and 7's(guys already on roster) on speed dial anyway. Come back the next night(2015) and get a 9 then.
