Same. I don't expect to win, I just don't want to be completely embarrassed. We are fighting hard. You have to play a clean, efficient game to beat a team like this, and we missed/gave away too many opportunities in that first half. Who knows, maybe we turn it around in the second half. Our guys definitely never quit, they will scratch and claw. If we were to get scorching hot again hitting 3s then it'd be very possible.

They're shooting 56% to our 40%, yet it's only a 9 point game. We can get back in this thing. Had the opportunity to make a run but completely blew it on the rebound. Sears hasn't gotten going yet. Nelson hasn't either.

Auburn was beating the hell out of Duke at Duke, before Duke won.
This Duke team is nothing special. Alabama needs to play it's game.

Have to admit Duke is a lot better than I thought they would be. Long, athletic and look really well coached

That rebound that we had two guys miss the ball, then they grabbed it and hit a 3 was absolutely brutal. You can’t have that shite against a team like this

I may eat these words but this doesn’t feel like the Florida game where we just couldn’t get anything and they killed us. This feels like we’re in it.

Agree. Not sure what to do here based on the offense that we run, but Reid/Sherrell have to get more minutes. We need some size somewhere in some way, cause standing around waiting for a pass to shoot a three ain't gonna get it done.
However, if I could see Cliff dribble/drive to the basket again like he did early in the half, I'd be thrilled.

I thought we had them starting to show their freshman side a bit when we had momentum in that 9-2 run and then the chance to grab that rebound and it slipped away and went to wide open 3. That was hard to recover from immediately. That said, they are going to be hard to beat, but I am curious to try and make them sweat. Marginal Carolina team came back from down 17 in 2nd half

Nate will make the adjustments we need. We literally sucked so bad that Duke will probably just keep playing their same game. If we can just become competent, we can jump on them.

We have to have Philon or Holloway run the offense. Sears dribbles too slow and wastes clock. Philon needs to stop the fancy dribbling and just play. We can beat these guys but we have dug a hole that we’re gonna have to get ourselves out. And no cooper Flagg is not better than Broome at the moment.

Our biggest problem is the same it’s been all season, we can’t switch worth a damn. Mainly sears, if you watch he try’s to switch when the other player doesn’t think he needs to. Just gives up on his guy.
