Roll window down. “Oh man, I am so sorry officer. I am playing in the Dolphins game today and just kind of got in my own zone there. Whatever you need from me I’ll get it for you right now”. He probably drives out of there with no ticket and now story in the media. How hard is that?

It’s impossible for some folks.

He is not going to fight the speeding ticked based on the visual estimate because if he does, the court will request the computer data from that nice car of his. A perk of having a POS car.

I wish we could all refuse to cooperate with police and then use our status as a guy that catches a ball for a living to make myself into a victim and try to have a guy fired for doing his job. Privilege I guess.

Tyreek acted like a punk and was treated accordingly. lol to anyone claiming he’s the victim.

Had someone tell me once he was counting the lines on the road and could tell how fast I was going. Got thrown out - easily.

That is some BS and they know it.

He was speeding and acted like an arse when cop stopped. All he had to do was keep his window rolled down and not be a dickhead. But it's the Mexican (White) cops fault!!!

“Roll your window down or I’ll pull you out of the car” .5 seconds later, “as a matter of fact, get out of the car”

Extreme patience showed by the cops…

I love how the same people who would be demanding the officers get deported if this happened to LordTrump are the same people who think it's okay to overreact when you visually estimated a guy was driving a speed. I mean you guys are all idiots lol. This is going to end up bad for those cops and you will cry over it.

Your people are persecuting Trump in criminal court, not traffic court. You idiot.

So…

Step one: drive 60 in a 25 in a sports car
Step two: ignore the police pull you over and roll up the window
Step three: act indignant when they arrest you as a hostile suspect
Step four: claim that you’re the victim when they take you to jail

Is that about right?

Being a "suspect" isn't a crime, dumbass. The arrest is illegal and there is no reason, other than pride, they acted that way. They will be fired.

Sure that will hold up in court

Since 60 is probably double the limit around the stadium, the ticket will likely stand. When a cop says they visually estimated a speed only 5-10 miles over the limit, the courts will typically toss it. Courts can rely on a visual judgement as long as it isn't within a general degree of uncertainty, they will trust the cop's judgement.

Tyreek was a jackass and the officer got on a power trip. Everyone involved in the situation made it worse than it had to be.

He’s a punk. This was not his first run in with the law. Dude was resisting by not complying with the officers instructions. Then he rolls up his window in defiance. That’s when it escalated. He could have said, “yes Officer” but no. Thug rules in place.
user avatar

Cops "instructions " doesn't make them a legal command. He can toll up the window, not a crime. He gave them I'd and doesn't have to speak. Write the ticket. frick, it's do simple. Cops are morons and they are fured

And the cop can pull him out the car if he continues to roll up the window in deference to the officer's instruction. Simple officer safety.

If they put mph reading from the radar they would have to take him to the police station. 60mph allows them to write a ticket and let him be on his way.

Johnny isn't putting up many defenses anymore and the difference in 25mph and 60mph is substantial enough to state he was simply speeding.

Why was he put down and hand cuffed in the street?
