Fifth and after a couple of years as a backup, he then starts coaching. His dad is too well connected for him to not get a taste of the NFL.

Something fundamentally changed with him this year, whether injury, scheme, mindset, luck, etc. He is not the same QB as he was last year.

re: Is Les Miles still suing LSU?

Totally agreed. BK had to do this as leverage. The same amount of leverage is going to be pushed back against him.

If he wants to save his marriage, he won't let this go too far. Then again, maybe his wife knows everything and doesn't give a shite. Maybe she will let him get paid FIRST and then she can divorce him for CAUSE.

He created this shitshow. Biggest difference between him and O is that O:

1. Had the greatest season of all time.
2. Kept his bad business away from campus.
3. Still loves LSU to this day
Fantastic find. LSU law grad too.
Absolutely. Tried to push BK out by a leak perhaps.

BK's personal life can get dragged into all of this very quickly, I still think both sides settle on an amount greater than the two offers, but less than the full thing.
Over.

Dude is only 48 years old. As long as he doesn't go about 5-6 years without winning one, I think he can 6+.

He wanted to come here (any coach did, don't kid yourself Woody!) and he knows how to handle Baton Rouge, recruit and develop.

Generally low profile, comes from humble beginnings (NAIA represent!) and got him at just the right time in his career. He had built Arizona up but wasn't overly attached AND proved that you can bring players with you (Berry).
For the most part, yes. BUT, it all depends on how far back you go.

This season, no.
BK tenure, no.
Last ten years, yes.
Last twenty five years, yes.
All time, yes.

Arguably top five in the last 25 years. I'd say top ten all time.

Elite, yes. Considering how many teams exist in college football.

College football warehouse had great metrics on this back in the day. I'll almost always default to them.

I think this is pretty accurate:

SI Top Ten Programs of all time 6.5.25

I'll allow it!
Easily. Greatest team and single season of all time.
Uh yeah bro, money controls the world, RIGHT? Why would college football be any less. Now it is just out in the open.

Would you rather him as HC or AD?

That is the question I keep going through in my head. Obviously the deal, apparently, being floated to him is HC for 3-4 years, then AD afterwards with sole power of choosing the next HC.

He gets the big stage for the next couple of months. I'm glad he is getting this chance, I just want him to stay if he doesn't get it.

Him, Raymond, Hankton and Williams...and I guess Baker too, they all need to stay on for next year for recruiting purposes and continuity... right?
Right on Cam, he gets it.

He bitched us on that TD run, I've never seen anything like that since then.
I haven't ever seen Tiger Stadium disrespected by opposing fans like it was this past weekend. I agree that we shouldn't go after BK's personal life, but his personal life impacted hundreds of thousands, if not millions of Tiger fans all over.

So yeah, when you make mistakes in life, you suffer the consequences. Whether in your work or personal life, you suffer.

Step down if you can't handle the position. Don't drag everyone else down with you.
Bruh, this isn't even close... One isn't like the other two.

Les was a dolt who ran out of luck, but he was loveable and was a winner until the game passed him up.

O was a hot head who let the ultimate success get to him, but who else would you want to fire up a team and who is responsible for getting Joey B and co. together?

BK made excuses, had Daniels bail him out and apparently has a drinking problem and cheated on his wife. He was also too stubborn to bench an injured player and never took the time to embrace the culture and all of those around him.

People need to stop shitting on Miles and O. They're fricking champions.
Rousse should be the guy. That being said, I wonder how well he knows Coach O... could have him come back to recruit the river parishes, DTB and coach the d-line with Kyle Williams.

Crazier shite has happened!
Need a sauce Tim, who did you talk to?

However, I do like the dig at Woodward at the end!
Depends on the coaching staff that returns, current recruits and how we finish this season.

Only lose to Bama and win the rest, including bowl, damn good look and shows we have talent.

Frank and Corey stick around, definitely helps with in state players.

I'm going to hold on speculation, too many variables right now.

Coaching, maybe conditioning by the players.

They played tough the first half, caused enough havoc and pressure for the Aggies to make some mistakes. Crowd was pretty into it as well.
