Kiff is everywhere, BK didn't do a tenth of what he is doing. AND he is fricking cool as shite doing it, making the right moves, creating fans instantly and just vibing.
Scott Woodward got lucky that the baseball program handles itself and that Mulkey wanted to come home. Let's be honest, nearly anyone in the position could have had that fall in their lap.

We have the talent for ten regular season wins. We have the coaching for those ten wins to come at opportune times and against opponents who matter.

Personalities. That being said, Kiff knows them each now and studied them. So he is well aware of who will gel and who may have problems.
