The water concern is overblown like a mofo. Industry uses a LOT of water. In Pineville area the used to be an ammonia plant and a paper mill both long gone The Red River is right there. A paper mill uses more water than a data center. Approximately 17,000 gals per ton of paper. Georgia Gulf once used 37 million gals per day for steam, cooling and of course to make white liquor for the paper process.
