Not anymore. If you have a household driver that isn't listed, regularly drives a vehicle and gets into an accident, the claim will be denied.
There are many reasons you may be right or you may be wrong.
If an adult child is not living at home but driving your vehicle yes they can be denied. I read my policy and the definition of household hasn't changed. The only thing that can override that is a legislative act or the Commissioner allows changes the definition of a household or allows the policy to only state husband, wife, and named children/household members.
Someone earlier stated State Farm is cracking down. That may mean when the child gave an address it was different from the policy address or the child stated a different address on the police report.. Or they have policy language that anyone living in the home driving your vehicle must be named.

Yes, read your policy. Household is covered on the policy.
On an auto insurance policy, a "household" refers to all individuals who physically reside at your permanent address and are related to you by blood, marriage, or adoption.
This is until they get in an accident which then they will be named on the policy and you will likely pay $600 additional per month

That is about my sq footage and unit size. Seems more like a duct issue than needing a 2nd unit.
When the house was first built it only had 1 intake vent. When the unit was replaced after 14yrs they added a 2nd intake vent and the AC is way more efficient(probably better unit also).
The intake is on a corner with one corner facing the foyer/ hall(original intake vent) and another corner facing the living room where they added the 2nd. Worked perfectly.

If the guy has an airtight alibi there wouldn't be a damn trial.
The alibi is regarding that TR texting that he went back to the scene to recover the rifle not if he was on campus when CK was killed.
Also may make the door camera video of someone driving a dodge charger other than TR that was mentioned during the hearing.

The idea that he wouldn't pass that information along to his lawyers is absurd.
The obvious answer is that the person claiming he was somewhere else is either a liar or mistaken.
We don't know if his lawyers have this information or not. Maybe the defense is saving it for the actual trial. Weird, no one followed up when the restaurant contacted the authorities though especially if they have TRs receipt.

.if this is true, why wouldn't the defense be using information that would get their client off these charges?
Its a good question. I have no idea if they are aware of this or not.

You do realize the video is from the actual eyewitnesses?
How is it ridiculous?
Why aren't you concerned if true?
Even people who are apt to believe TR shot Charlie Kirk think the texts were not authentic.

Tyler Robinson Has An Alibi

FBI, Utah Investigators, Prosecution, and possibly the defense doesn't even care.
If this is true this evidence means that Tyler Robinson was no where near the scene when texting he was attempting to retrieve the gun.

EYE WITNESS PUTS TYLER ROBINSON IN PANGUICH UT AT 9-10PM ON SEPTEMBER 10TH ??
I interviewed the STAFF AT COWBOY'S SMOKEHOUSE who SERVED ROBINSON THE NIGHT Charlie KIRK WAS ASSASSINATED.
- Two witnesses & 100% ID'd Tyler
- They turned into the FBI
- Tyler paid with his debit card
- Neither the state OR THE DEFENSE HAS CONTACTED the restaurant to talk to the staff.
WHY isn't the defense using this ALIBI!? ??
This makes it IMPOSSIBLE for Tyler to be watching & waiting for the police to leave hours before 12:36am-ish on the 11th as is in the texts. If he left at 10pm the fastest he could be at UVU is 12:47am. ??
Panguich is 2 hours 49 minutes from UVU.
Either the texts are fabricated, someone was pretending to be Tyler, or he's a time traveler.
YOU DECIDE. ??]

The last shows we watched together on Netflix is Reacher and Dept. Q. Reacher subsequent seasons after season 1 were fine but not great. We enjoyed Dept Q but apparently they just started production of season 2 and won't be released until 2027.
We enjoy Prime plenty enough with the PBS Masterpiece different series which are free to Prime at times especially Endeavor and Van der Valk.
Documentaries and stand up rank near the bottom of what we watch together.

I want to say I started at 1.99 for the DvDs by mail back in the day then maybe 3.99 or 5.99 to stream and DvD option. Then it went to 7.99 about 10yrs ago.
Now, I can't do it anymore. $21.84 w/ tax is a bridge too far for me. I barely log into it and when I do I rarely finish whatever I'm watching.
I'll keep Prime and the HBO/ Max app pretty much replaced Netflix for me which I get free with Direct TV.

You do realize this is a horrible look for Andrew Kolvet.
Kolvet posts CK and CO were not friends. CO posts video responding to an audience question regarding CO that CK publicly states CK and CO are friends. But Kolvet then states behind the scenes CK loathed CO.
So what Kolvet is basically stating CK lied to his audience that he and CO are friends but behind the scenes hated CO. Thus according to Kolvet CK is a liar, back stabber and terrified of CO. None of that adds up accept that Kolvet is a lying POS.

I didn't watch yesterday. Did they finally show the video of the actual shot being taken from the roof?
Or was it more grainy video alleging TR getting away in the mint green Buick Skylark?

Another reason why Gov Foster was actually a failure. Should have been a priority to lay down the infrastructure plan for the I-49 project. But his priority was getting a law degree and planning his next hunting trip.
So the prosecution first witness, Office Bagley, was first to arrive to the roof of the loci center. His body camera runs out of battery and he has no idea who the person is that was with him so he/ she can be questioned.
And people wonder why conspiracy theories are a thing?

appears the prosecution has video from UVU showing Tyler Robinson approaching the campus, entering the building, reaching the roof, and taking the shot. We won’t know for sure until it goes to trial, but we do know UVU has cameras everywhere and that they provided the footage to investigators.
So no actual video can be confirmed? So no new video than what's already been shown 8 or so months ago.
If they do have video of Tyler Robinson shooting a rifle; why keep it so close to the vest?
I watched a lot of Day 1c on youtube.
I thought I heard one of the announcers say Cressend who is one of the players on the TV tables is from Baton Rouge. He was playing with 40k to 50k chips most of the day.
