Earlier this week, Johnny Manziel's wife, Bre Tiesi, removed all evidence of her husband on her Instagram account, including removing the "Manziel" from her last name. It's still a mystery as to what happened, but she responded to some commenters leaving us to speculate about the status of their relationship...
