Lose, and you have to come to grips with the reality that you'll be leaving September with two SEC losses already and staring down the barrel of a 9-3 or 8-4 season with all realistic hopes of a playoff pretty much gone.

I can't stomach the thought of losing to Marcel Reed twice in a row at home and 3 years straight. Hopefully we come out fired up and bury them early. Leave no doubt.

Now this year with third and two from the three yard line I was convinced that we were going to see something tricky. Instead we run into a stacked line and lose a yard.....I mean, that's Les Miles latter years all over again. Go to the well one too many times, get stuffed, settle for fg. I've seen that song and dance before.

Watching in my living room, I was excited to see the same formation because I was convinced it was a setup from before. They would crash Dilin and then he would stop, plant and toss out to Clark for an easy TD. That's what Ole Miss Lane kiffin would have done last year. But this year we get nothing. It was like they were coaching scared because they were the favorite. As the underdog kiffin used to put it all on the line.

I also can go to every team board except LSU. Really anything off the original TD website, (OT Lounge, Poli board, money talk, outdoor board) all of it has "blocked by policy".

As a long time LSU fan, settling for field goals after 1st and goal inside the 5 makes me flash back to all the bad parts of the Les Miles era and last year under BK.

Breaking a long run down to the 2 and then kicking a fg 4 plays later is how you get beat by better teams.

Well said. aTm sure wasn't happy about being screwed by Texas for years...so much so that they left their conference to get away from them. Now they can't see that Sankey and the SEC are singling LSU out of a host of other schools doing the exact same thing.

...AND had the gall to sue LSU in the very state where they allowed a pro player who left college after 3 years, played pro ball and came back to play basketball for Bama. That's way worse than what LSU is doing but they turned a blind eye to that and didn't sue Bama even after he was declared ineligible.
