Secret plan where Herbie’s son is a spy and leaks game plan to Ohio Stare so they finally beat Michigan. So obvious.

Kirk will now get first hand experience having a son in the transfer portal. With Underwood there, Herbstreit won't see the field.

I will be so happy if this kid ends up being better than Underwood

Seems like a big FU to dad. Maybe not the happy family portrayed?

You don't have to go to Ohio State...but for god's sake don't go to our enemy.

It'd be like Jacob Hester's son going to Alabama or Ole Piss.

The family should have money and Michigan is an excellent school in terms of degree. Not a bad choice at all

Michigan is one of the top universities in the US. Their academic ranking is very high. Very much like Texas, A&M, and Georgia.

Why do these kids like putting in all that work just to ride the bench? Go to a mid-tier school and start from day one.

Because a Michigan diploma is worth more.

More than what? He could go to Northwestern. Or Rice or some other elite academic school and maybe actually play.

And lets call a spade a spade (and no offense to whoever is printed on your diploma or the hard work you put into receiving it), but what is a diploma really worth anymore... In 20 years Dr's and lawyers will be the only ones going to college.

Certainly understand not wanting to be around Ryan Day and Buffalo Chip Kelly.

Meh would of been better off with Bowling Green or Miami (Ohio).

He’s not going to the NFL. Do you think getting playing time and a degree from Bowling Green sets him up to succeed in life more than a degree from Michigan?
