Poll: What Will Be The Outcome Of The LSU-Louisiana Tech Game?

Coming off a dominant 51-10 win over Clemson, No. 8 LSU returns to Tiger Stadium on Saturday night to take on Louisiana Tech. Kickoff is set for 6:30 p.m. CT on SEC Network+.

Louisiana Tech also opened its season with a blowout, defeating Northwestern State 80-6 in Ruston. The 80 points were the most Tech has scored since becoming a Division I program. The Bulldogs are also in their first season as a member of the Sun Belt Conference after moving from Conference USA.

LSU and Louisiana Tech will meet for the second straight season after the Tigers beat the Bulldogs 23-7 in Tiger Stadium last September.

LSU leads the all-time series 20-1, dating back to 1901. Louisiana Tech's only victory over the Tigers came in 1904 in Ruston.

Kiffen will call off the dogs early in the second half, but he will still try to score with understudy offense. Hope the second and third defense looks better than last week, they were pitiful.

Closer than we think. We don't have good depth on defense, when we put in the third string they will score 2-3 garbage TD's for a backdoor cover
