Don't you typically find these in transition areas to wetlands? Probably not suitable for upland areas.

Coming from Louisiana, I thought this was the case. However, I live in a neighborhood that is hilly with solid, hard packed clay and my neighborhood is full of them. They make beautiful yard plants. They are hardy, don’t drop leaves, and they have extremely long lifespans…they will outlive you!
End of last season, I found a Drake LSU fleece….it has become my favorite piece of LSU apparel.

Agree with Coater. I think this is a player who believes himself that he can’t cut it in the NFL. This is his last chance to earn millions.

LSU absolutely quit.

Yep….and even without good coaching, LSU has good enough quality players that this should never happen. McMahon will obviously be fired after the season. However, the players should be ashamed and every one of them should be fired as well.
Suprised he didn’t have stamps from Thailand….

I tell people this all off the time. I went to work one morning like normal. Was sitting in my office reading email drinking my morning coffee and had a damn stroke. I retired a couple of years later.

I now tell people don’t be afraid to retire as soon as you are financially able.

I can attest that they will frick a car up…
I thought we had fired every entity that would not report only positive statistics by now….
I find them to be a distraction from the actual event.
Anyone have an idea what those weird spikes in federal workers that appear every decade are?

If you have access to Facebook, suprisingly there was a thread from a couple of years ago on relocating from Louisiana to Cosby, TN. It is a post by Kenneth Ryder and it is under the “relocating to Tennessee group. Check it out….

It looks like it is.around gatlinburg and pigeon forge, which is a wonderful area. I would be wary of the cost of living, though. Have you looked at the price of housing?

Anyone ever done luge?

I have always thought the luge and the skeleton looked like such a rush. Has anyone on this board ever done either one?

Go ahead and run a Hotwire around the top of the fence.

I'd put turf, but we have dogs.

Honestly, dogs typically run the fences and I don’t see how you will grow grass from seed with dogs around.

I would hope so….he humiliated her in front of a global audience!

It was poor judgement to cheat on her….even worse judgement to say it in front of the whole damn world!

finally getting my Africa mounts in the next month or so (they were delayed significantly due to the turmoil that was going in in SA) and am finally going to consolidate my mounts in to one room and make it a trophy/cigar/bourbon room.

I used to have a developer that I worked with from time that had all of his mounts from Africa in his office, and he had a shitload. His office was somewhat decorated like Rize’s concept pic with mounts everywhere. My favorites were at each front corner of his desk. He had two hyenas sitting with their tongues hanging out!

Be aware that most WMAs limit what you can do outside of deer season. For instance, you may not be able to dress in camo and sit in a stand with a deer rifle if deer season is not open. Just check before you go!

uck those scumbags. My gf in college lived on Brightside. I was going duck hunting the next morning so I had a boat hooked to my truck. Wasn't able to park in a normal spot. Parked on the grass and woke up at 4am to go hunting, truck and boat both gone.

This would piss me off severely! :rotflmao:
