I would fish south of hwy 550 to wrights bridge. You can probably get to the river from where wrights bridge(wrights road) crosses the river. Geographically south of Union church and just north of mccall creek. Find on maps and scout it out. I believe the old wrights bridge is out or got replaced however

I dont think I ever caught one of those. Mostly river bass. Rock bass I guess. Maybe largemouths? They have red lined eyes. The small sunfish were so fun to catch and beautiful

Indeed. My wife, myself and probably a few kids would be dead 150+ yrs ago had it not been for us living in a time with modern medicine

I’d have died 3 weeks ago getting appendicitis. But in 2026 in and out hospital same day :lol:

Near our old family camp in SW MS. Homochitto River before it gets to large to wade. Ultralight on a beetlespin. River perch and bass all day

I have great memories of lesticles. He refused to adapt to the game but man I knew when his fellas strapped it up Saturday they meant business. Them dudes were dogs and win or lose the opponents knew it

Dunno. Mine takes 8AA and I got 3 sets of lithiums from Oct-Feb the first year. This past year it burned alkalines in a week and lithiums in 3. I had the pic count way down too

I have their cell pro cam and its worked well last 2 seasons. I just bought the solar panel for it because this past season it started burning lithiums in 3 weeks.
