It's called a made-up exercise because I don't know what the hell it is. Lol I'm in my 50's now and used to work out regularly from my 20's all the way up into my 40's. Anyways, I know how to use those dumbbells and I never used them like that. Lmao

Bryson is polarizing, but Koepka has become pretty unlikeable with his "too cool for school" attitude, and his strutting around the course. Take it down a notch, Brooks, we all know you're really good.

In reality, Tiger training with active duty SEALS is what did him in. He had a Navy SEAL fetish and from hearing Hank Haney talk about it, Tiger actually thought about quitting golf and trying to go to BUD/S. He used to pt around his hood in Orlando wearing a pack filled with sand and made several live jumps out in Coronado. Tiger may be the only civilian to see the SEAL training compound just outside of Tijuana.

I don't think it was Tiger's muscularity that hurt him, it was the "help" he took to get there.

The weight training didn't hurt Tiger, the jogging did. This is literally a direct quote from him. They asked him advice for young golfers and he said don't jog, that jogging 30 miles a week killed his knees early in his career. Resistance training is one of the best things you can do for your body.
