re: Best Landscape Edging?

I like metal edging. built many flowerbeds with it. Clear border between grass and flowerbed and holds up well.
I have a Bhyve and love it. Is it overkill? sometimes, but nothing better than being able to water lawn and flowerbeds while on vacation.
Highland Fence referenced above is a great fence company. Stu is a great guy and will work with you. They did a rebuild for me where they tore down existing fence and just rebuilt the same adding an additional gate. Highly recommend them

A $2 tip is embarrassing and uncalled for.

I agree that tipping culture is out of control but a $2 tip on door dash is not only insulting its dumb. Do you really want to eat food thats been riding around in a car with someone youve pissed off with a small tip? I dont.

Kim Jong Il once shot an 18 making hole in ones on every hole including par 5's. That dude was good.

Im in need of replacing all my duct work and adding an additional return. Duct work is about 30 years old and there is condensation coming from vents so Im not surprised. One Hour AC quoting me $15,500 to do this. Im going to get other quotes but have no real feel for what this should cost to replace duct work and add return on a 5 ton unit. Any thoughts.

No Thank Todd Morris the police chief of St George. They are doing some really creative things to get those people out of there.

Pizza Oven

Ive had an Ooni Koda 16 since 2020 and have loved it. The thermocouple has been giving me problems and Ive decided its time for a replacement oven. Alot has changed since that oven came out in 2020 and Id love to hear opinions on the best options in 2026. Do you own an oven you love (or perhaps hate)? Thoughts?
There is one in Bunkie, LA. Im going!

re: 6’ wood fence price

at Christmas I replaced about 170 feet. They pulled down the old fence and rebuilt 6ft privacy fence with 1 double gate. Important to note that I had metal posts that they were able to reuse. I paid about 6k for that. Very pleased with the job. Highland fence did it. Highly recommend.

I’ll have to get my sister to talk to her doctor about this. I used to carry sumatriptan on me at all times.

Just to clarify, these are old therapies. Ive sold them and triptans were ground breaking for their time but there are now anti CGRP monoclonal antibodies like Qulipta and Nurtec for prevention and Ubrelvy for acute treatment that work far better with fewer side effects. Id recommend researching those as that is considered most appropriate these days.

Ive sold drugs in the migraine space for almost 15 years. There is good news and that is that the new therapies are much more effective than older therapies and have far fewer side effects. Doesn't surprise me that sleeping helped because sleep is associated with elevated levels of serotonin and that is beneficial for migraine sufferers. There are now numerous therapies for prevention that are quite effective and some new therapies for acute treatment that work well also. A good neurologist will be able to help but know also that this might require a headache specialist. Ive seen people who are in absolute hell (meaning 15-20 migraine days per month) almost free from the grip of migraine completely. Hoping she gets the right treatment and is feeling better.

Basic Pistol Training

I’m in need of a basic pistol course around Baton Rouge. I’m talking very basic. I own a 9mm handgun but have never been trained in its proper use and do not feel comfortable handling it at all. Recommendations?
