re: Draymond’s Antics

Draymond is far worse than Brooks. A) he’s been doing it for much longer. B) He greatly outperforms Brooks in techs, flagrants, ejections, etc.
It’s not particularly close. In this series alone, Draymond has 2 Flagrants and 3 Techs and that’s with the refs turning a blind eye to his antics for most of the series.

Eyeball test is all I need. Dude dicks around all game while his defense, Reid and refs carry him. Then he makes like 3-4 plays that Reid schemes up for him. He ain’t that great. It ain’t 2018- 2019 anymore. He had 1 great year, but it’s been clamps since then once the league got film on him.
We gotta stop giving credit to guys for playing for elite owners, elite GM’s, elite coaches, elite 52 man rosters. I evaluate QB’s simply on what they do, not how much they are gift wrapped.

I like Mitch too, but acting like he is good enough to flip the series from Celtics in 5 to Knicks in 6, is diabolical.

Mentioning Mahomes in the same breath as Montana or Brady is diabolical

It’s quite the privilege to be able to play average all season and then pull the rabbit out of the hat for 1 half here and there, when your all star team and HOF coach needs you.
Officiating was garbage in that Super Bowl btw. Holding all over the field was a huge assist for Mahomes late game performance.
Mahomes is a system QB. He would’ve had a similar career to Mitchell Trubisky if he got drafted by the Bears that year instead of an 11-5 football team, with a vet former number 1 pick QB to teach him, and 6 future HOF’s already on the roster(mostly on offense).
Mahomes and Hurts will likely end up with the most Super Bowl wins of this generation. But that doesn’t mean they are the best QB’s of this generation. They were just simply drafted later in the draft, by teams that were already perennial winners vs QB’s that go early in the draft to perennial losers.

Lol, he hasn’t been a top 12 QB in the past 2 years. Team accomplishments aided by the refs and an all pro laden squad doesn’t mean you are the best in your position group.

Our team is really bad if Rattler and Chase Young are main characters
We are approaching Bad News Bears, Saints Ditka level days. I still remember when he picked Wuerffel at pick 99, which was a massive reach similar to Shough.

Personally I went to the Zurich on Friday and then watched the LIV on Sunday. The leaderboard was just significantly better.
It’s not a bad product overall, if it was, the PGA tour wouldn’t be trying so hard to copy it the past 2 years.
The PGA Tour Commish is the douche here. He’s the only reason why there are 2 tours, dudes committing suicide on the PGA Tour, removing Q School and Monday Qualifying spots, etc.
Monahan is a terrorist.

I honestly think we might get a Scottie and Tom Kim or Sam Burns pairing one year.

The Falcons should have to give the Saints James Pearce since they impersonated Mickey Loomis.

It was probably Jake Madison vids that you saw comments under. Although, I have stopped watching him. I realized a couple months ago, that I don’t really like the guy and I should stop wasting time on his content lol. There is a chance I had a comment or 2 under Boot Krewe, although I haven’t watched a ton of them.
re: Increasing club head speed
Posted by 3PieceSpicy on 4/27/25 at 2:38 pm
A few years ago and in my high school days, I could swing 120 at my peak. Now, I’m in the 112–117 range.
The 3 things that I am realizing increase distance more than “clubhead speed” are launch angle, attack angle and backspin.
If you hit the ball at a launch angle of 14-17 degrees, a positive attack angle of 5 plus degrees, and drop your spin to 1900-2500, you are going to hit balls that carry 300 yards, let alone roll out to 300 yards.
You could technically make 2 swings at 115 mph, and hit one with a 10 degree launch angle and the other with a 16 degree launch angle, and there is going to be a distance difference of about 30 yards.
I will say, my fastest swings seem to be the ones I don’t necessarily try to swing the hardest. The key for me is making a full, wide backswing. I like to feel my left arm/shoulder fully extend and tuck underneath my chin on the backswing. The next key part is not rushing on the downswing and keeping your back towards the target for as long as possible and trying to time your speed for the bottom of your downswing vs the top of your downswing.
Another thing that has helped is not immediately whipping the club inside on the backswing. I used to get to far inside/out, but I find taking the club straight back or even a hair outside is putting me in a better position to generate speed and a straighter ball flight (it’s hard to maximize distance if you are hitting balls with tons of sidespin).

Zion has been in the league since 2019 and not logged a single playoff minute. It would be interesting to see how many players in the nba have since he’s been in the league.
We still don’t know if A) his game translates to the playoffs or B) if his body would hold up in the playoffs
What we do know is, if he is your 1, your team is likely not going to make the playoffs bc he is only going to average 35 regular season games played a season.
It’s been past time to cut bait. We got rid of Griff’s clown arse and now it’s time to get rid of Zion. Then this franchise can begin to heal a bit.

I’m a Pelicans fan. You are a dipshit Alabama Golden State and probably Yankees fan.
You don’t know ball. You just root for teams that are on top.

I think you might be retarded based on your posts in this thread. Amen got bumped in the back by Adams. There was zero undercut intent there.

The Rockets had 3 dudes with 3 fouls halfway through the 2nd Q
The refs are calling an incredibly tight game favoring the warriors same as they did in game 1. Steph doesn’t get more calls bc A) his team is allowed to set close line moving screens all game and B) he is allowed to push off all game.
Steph ain’t the victim here

We probably had to draft him. The biggest mistake was not trading him after year 1 when he told the organization to act like he was having a fam emergency instead of telling the truth about a hamstring injury. Then leaving the bubble for 10 days and coming back looking like a tellytubby. He should have been traded that offseason imo.

If we take Shough in the first 3 rounds, I’m going to absolutely lose it
