I have a religious view, but it’s that Islam is the antichrist. It has to expand more for the prophecy of Revelation to become reality imo.

Oh, I agree. I've never been a fan of Landry. I'm not a classified Republican, but I could never pull the lever for a Dem. Especially in these modern times.

My advice would be swapping out the all-out 5k on Wednesday for a threshold workout (something like 6-7 x 1km with a minute rest or 3-4 x 1 mile with 90 seconds rest) and add 2 days of short easy runs on Tuesday and Thursday.
I mean I've only done 1 of the 2 hour runs so far first week i just did 2 1 hour sessions to break into it.
I like the idea of 3-4 1 milers with a break instead of the 5k. I'm just trying to let my legs heal a little bit between runs :lol:

Just started training for the half marathon in January...prompted by a buddy to run it with him. I'm a 30 minute 5k guy. In my 3rd -ish week of training. Really just got back into running since I've figured out how to manage my It-band and tight hips with couch stretch and pigeon variations. Along with actually using the girl machine at the gym.
I run for 1 hour on Mondays, fastest 5k I can run on Wednesdays, and then a 2 hour run on Saturdays.
I'm only walking for about 2-3 minutes of my hour run and around 10 for my 2 hour. Trying to get that to 0 over the next month and then work on pace.
Any advice would be much appreciated!
