Georgia RB Trevor Etienne, a standout transfer from Florida, was arrested on multiple charges on Sunday morning...
quote:

"Etienne was booked at 4:35 a.m. local time on four charges – driving under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving, failure to maintain lane and affixing materials that reduce the visibility from windows and/or windshield. He posted a $1,883 bond and was released less than an hour later, at 5:27 a.m," On3 reported on Sunday morning.

NO VICTIM = NO CRIME. Studies show that most wrecks are caused by folks with a BAC of .14 and above. Below that it's just money-making and control by your commie gov to pay these stooges' salaries. Feel free to support that if you can't think for yourself.

you know there's a ton of countries that have anything above 0.00 is a DWI, so at least there's a 0.08 forgiveness, but idk may be true

In the NIL age when many of these guys are mercenaries without any real allegiance to the school, I find it harder and harder to care. Let him stay on the team but have him do some court-ordered work that actually helps the community. Seems about right for a handful of misdemeanors when no property was damaged and no one was hurt.

"Seems about right for a handful of misdemeanors when no property was damaged and no one was hurt".... DUI can get innocent people killed. I have no sympathy for that, especially when Uber is easily available.

DUI Should not be a misdemeanor.

we need an upvote or down option for each sentence sometimes. I agree they have no allegiance to the new school bc of NIL, but downvote you on the DUI thing. People get killed by DUI drivers and I can't give you that upvote. People get in deep trouble from DUI stops and generally don't get out in 1 hour with bail.
