re: Finally got around to trying Culver’s - tirebiter
I have forgotten how many times I've eaten Culver's in the midwest, which is a lot. Maybe the AL locations just aren't good. I never get the fries, just burger and frozen custard. Culver's is way better than Freddy's, Freddy's burgers are too damn salty, custard is inferior, and those little shoe...

re: How Has The SEC Allowed So Many Obvious Scams? - tirebiter
Why does the SEC allow this to take place?Seems like a light investigative effort would expose these multiple scams and help clean this up a bit, but these folks are just running these scams wide open with no apparent ramifications. Do your research folks! So many scams and the SEC does very ...
It's more than the flu. It's not instant death, but it's not your average flu. Even if it is, it's causing pandemonium around the world economies so you can say it's just the flu all you want, but the economy aspect is much more than a yearly flu impact, whether you chose to believe that or n...

Thanks for your response. That is a bit crazy IMO, why don't they use other tax revenue opps? Saw the ratio of property tax has shifted significantly from commercial RE to residential the last 8 years or so, might be looking elsewhere in ID or other if it continues. Purchase cost is not much diff...

re: If you had to choose between Idaho, Wyoming, or Montana - tirebiter
Many people believe Boise is a small town with a low price point because Californians built it up to be that way. We will be in one of the nicer apartments with pretty consistently high ratings in the valley and we will pay around $1400 a month, and that's 10 miles from the downtown center. Y...
I have two four ounce bourbon drinks 5-7 nights a week. What does that equal?
Going off the OP's "muh 6-pack". Say 6 beers, assume 6% abv but these days of craft beer it might likely be 7%+, you would only be drinking 87.6% of the alcohol as the beer guzzler assuming 90 proof...

Has Maxine Waters relaxed her foot from WFC yet? Earnings test when a bank has a highly restrictive lending cap enforced on it doesn't play well. My current WFC holdings are a pittance of what I sold last year. I sold BAC a few weeks ago and still have JPM & USB but not enough to worry about. Go...

Not the same, but MLB might shed some light if they finally get rolling before July ends. CDC recently stated it believes the # of infections to be > 20M, if so risk of death is extremely low for college age group. Some people are claiming they have gotten it 2x already this year, it got it, recov...
