I agree. Get the cameras out of the locker room when I talk to my team. These coaches with all these "speeches that they didn't know were being recorded" snicker,snicker, ...all are pandering to their fans. People say, well its in their locker room. When its broadcast over social media it isn't just in the locker room anymore. when you start the pandering to fans you usually end up sitting with them instead of coaching. We used to have a sign in our that said... what see in here, what you say in here, what you hear in here stays here when you leave here... but I guess that was back in the day.

it's weird how so many coaches pay such close attention to what other coaches/teams do and say even DURING the season, let alone someone as focused and dedicated as saban
