If he’s available, Burrow.

THIS! It would be over the top and send the place into a frenzy.

NFL season starts Thurs 10 Sept. The GAME is Sat 5 Sept. Make it happen LSU, please make it happen

Its is insane and truly impressive. I hope his continued effortless delivery keeps him healthy and productive for a LONG career.

Really unserious, ridiculous, and biased media coverage on the issue.

Rub some more dirt on it Jake and get well soon!

Team huddles with coaches during timeouts should be interesting...

The War of Northern Aggression was about state rights.

Yep, the state rights to own slaves. SCs Declaration of Secession cited “an increasing hostility on the part of the non-slaveholding states to the institution of slavery,”

War of Northern Aggression or War of Southern Rebellion, all depends on where you lived and who wrote & published the books...
GREAT to see them together, continue to rep LSU, and peform at an All-Pro level. Glad they are both Tigers! Nuff said.

A very competitive series. Make them earn it and give the tourney selection committee something to think about.

Both catchers have gotten much better at preventing the passed balls as the season has gone on.

Agreed, and very often they don't get much help from our pitchers. Too often our staff buries pitches short and well-short of the plate. While they might get a chase, very often they are balls and would give most C's trouble. No excuses, both must continue to get better, but our staff has been a big part of the problem. Glad to see BOTH bringing the wood at the plate.
Long haul, you can't go wrong with AAPL with DRIP (dividend reinvestment return). We squirreled away all that "grandparent & aunt/uncle" Christmas/bday cash our son got for years growing up. He didn't need it; didn't know about it when he was really young.

Bounced it between a money mkt account & CDs, and then bought him 80 shares about 12-15 yrs ago (I would have to ask my wife for the exact date). He now has 341 shares, money he can use now at 29 as a down payment on a home if he chooses. Good luck!

Reggie Ragland and Dre Kirkpatrick primarily played Special Teams their freshman seasons at Alabama.

I remember Reuben Foster starting the same way, as a human missile on STs until he got his chance at ILB. Guys like that waiting behind stacked talent is nonexistent now with NIL & the portal.

I'll second that!

The Saints are trying to win this year.

Agreed. NFC South & a last place schedule, why not? I believe we can be very competitive in the division and we are probably another quality FA period/Draft from being very competive in the conference. This is a big year for Shough & the OFF to continue to improve. Winning those 4th qtr, close game battles will be big this season.
Yep. Watching the merry go round this year with walks, HBPs and errors has been like watching a very BAD LL team...

Speed and more speed. Looking forward to seeing him shine with a QB who can deliver him the ball in stride, and on special teams.

They REALLY didn't like the Ty Simpson pick

I was texting a friend prior to that pick and we both thought the Rams were going to grab the stud TE from OR for another weapon to an already potent OFF. Considering they are 'win now', the Simpson pick is a head-scratcher. Much better options in next year's crop of QBs.

YES. This year we need the infusion of talent at key positions with our first 5 picks, and future draft capital to use after this season unfolds.

re: Who do you want at 42?

Posted by HC87 on 4/24/26 at 6:31 am to
CB Keionte Scott Miami - probably more of a slot DB, but had 64 tackles and has a nose for the ball.

DE - quite a few good ones still on the board: Howell/TAM, Young/Mizzu & Jacas Ill.

We'll see what is still available at that 10th pick.
He has been a vacuum cleaner at SS turning wanna-be hits consistently into outs.
