This team will come with its lunch pail ready to work and beat La Tech. It will be a great opportunity for more reps and sets to further our preparation, communication, and execution.

Ole Miss’s OL is not ready for the LSU D. Put it in the books.

He looked like he was in complete control of the OFF. He knew where he wanted to go with the ball and was shifty in the backfield to buy some time or take off for yards. All of this with the backups too. Very impressed by the young man.

CLK simply being CLK. GT!
Get another 3 and out and really put some pressure on their D.

Consistent explosive, loud plays on OFF AND DEF all night.
OFF: Control the LOS to run the ball, protect the QB, and let our receivers get downfield to make plays.
DEF: Play upfield all night. Attack and rattle the CU young QB. Be stingy in the secondary and bring the boom whenever you can.
Play complimentary FB, keeping the fans in the stadium on their toes with high energy until the final second, and leaving Fowler & Herbstreit saying they are beyond impressed and college football...you have been served notice.

The team will play pissed off.
They'll play pissed off all right if they have to forfeit any wins or get disqualified by the CFP Committee. Personally I'll take our current roster, sans any former NFL drafted players or camp players (whatever you want to call them), and play fking ball.
ALL about CLK pursuing this competitive option, as all teams did. With the hard stance taken by ALL the conferences, re-evaluate, and move on. Pick up your tools and lets go dig somewhere else vice bringing in a backhoe and digging deeper, and in the process do something that jeopardizes the season or program in the out years.

I agree with Scott Long that this has become a distraction and lets go play some FB! With the strong stance other conferences have taken this initiative does not have legs and I would not be overly concerned with these players "ending up somewhere else".
CLK, his staff, and the players have done a superb job coming together via recruiting, the portal, spring practices, summer workouts and now preseason practices & scrimmages. I would hate to see any actions jeopardize that hard work and the potential his 2026 team has on the field to have a special season. Again, lets move forward, put all our energy into prep & execution for CU, and go out then next Saturday night (in front of a soldout, very loud Tiger Stadium) and make a statement by beating the brakes off CU.

DT Harris coming to LSU
This season is going to be a wild ride. I fully expect, after we beat OM week 3, a Mississippi court rule some of our players ineligible and therefore we should forfeit the game.
All I keep telling the nay-sayers is LSU is prepared to bite the bullet this year by winning the natty, creating hysteria across all other fan bases, media outlets & schools, and forcing the NCAA & others to put some common sense restrictions on NIL and the portal....and save CFB from itself.

WHO IS Senator, yes Senator, Darline Graham (R-S.C.) during a special GOP Senate runoff debate this past week.
Yet the POTUS still stumps for her on Friday in MB. It must be a club thing about foreign policy. Cmon folks, we're better than this...and I would post the same darn thing if she had D - S.C. next to her name and a DEM POTUS was still supporting this BS.

For Engineers the Poli Index looks correct, slightly right of center. No BS types, and call out the BS from BOTH sides.
IRT Religion, I would flip that mark to below middle. They focus on proofs with math & science, and from my son, his peers, and the ENG pro's my age they are not overly religious. Just my experience with those I know in the profession.

OK, who is having lunch with the East Baton Rouge judge hearing this case (AKA the Trinidad Chambliss model)?
Can't wait to hear the ruling...and explanation.
