All great coaches do. Saban, Belichick, Chuck noll, Tom Landry, Woody Hayes, Bo, Bill cowher. All had one thing on their mind and rarely smiled. Nick probably smiles more than any of those.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that Saban and Harbaugh probably don't have many words other than "hi" to say to each other. Both believe they're God's gift to coaching and only 1 is in real life.
