When I first built on BV it was a dead end street and like the rest of Ascension Parish, greed took over and they made it a thru street....same as the rest of the parish on the Gonzales side....faux zoning regs, etc. and the flood of housing development/growth without proper infrastructure in place totally screwed the pooch.

I'm afraid that has long been way past able to do. AP should have slowed the growth 30 years ago and demanded the infrastructure be improved. Hell, I once lived on Bertville Road and had a Modad sewer system and now they want to add 100 plus houses in that area with access to poor ol 2 lane already jammed up Hwy 44.

If I walk in a convivence store (or any other "store") to purchase beer, liquor, etc. and they say they need to scan my license, I say no thanks and return the item to where I got it. If you want to see my license to fulfill verifying my age, no problem, but there is no need scan it.
