I’ve seen 4-5 of their games this year and came away impressed with their tackling each time. When they come up to make a play there is rarely a miss or a busted tackle. They get the guy to the ground.

I’m certain that the other position groups also do all of the litttle things well, which is a sign of good coaching. Put it all together and then combine it with effort and you have something special.

Personally, I enjoyed watching our offense tonight.

This is the type of breakup where each person tries to out crazy the other. Nothing is too petty or off limits. I hope he goes, is interviewed, and shares a few zingers at Oke Miss’ expense.

The portal opens on Friday so you would hope that there is not only a big board for targets but also some conversations in advanced phases. We will soon find out.

Makes no sense to leave the team that’s still alive. Maybe they’re flying in for some meetings today and then heading back tomorrow to prep for UGa?

How so? Based on this year’s stats? Michigan was super conservative with him this year. I think he would thrive under Kiffin.

Playing in a bowl means that you get an extra 3 weeks of practice that you would not get otherwise. Huge for player development. Turning down a bowl game is just stupid.

At least we’ll get the bowl practices. Have to go back and look at Illinois’ record but I think they had a couple of impressive wins this year. Brett Bielema is coaching them.
