There's still 4+ months for them to add a WR from the portal

He’s on the money with this. We’ve got the dude from Louisville coming in, as well as our freshmen in the fall. Our WR recruiting has been pretty bad recently

Burton was Georgia's #1 receiver last season, so you can't expect the guy to be happy about him transferring.

was Georgia's #1 wide receiver. I think the tight end had more catches and yards. An offense featuring tight ends rather than wr is probably part of the reason he transferred.

Nah I think he sees it like it is. Burton is good but shouldn't be Bama's #1. Kid does not have the skill of a Williams, Waddle, or Smith. UGA's TE situation is insane. They can run 3 TEs and one WR and still put up monster numbers if they had the QB to do so.

Well, if anyone knows what a "non explosive" offense would look like that A-Aron Murray is your guy.

What? Aaron Murray is 9th all time SEC in yards per attempt (if you go by at least 2 years starting). Finished 13th, 11th, and 1st in the country in yards per attempt in 3 of his 4 years, finished 23rd (freshman), 20th (in 11 games), 7th, and 5th in the country in TD passes in four years as the starter. Dude played 11 games his last year, but finished with almost 3300 total yards and 33 total TDs. He also finished 26th, 14th, 11th, and 2nd in the country in QB rating in his four years starting. If you stack up his career vs other top QBs in CFB history, he is one of the most consistently good and consistently efficient QBs in college history. He had mediocre run games his first 2 seasons, but when they got Gurley, they finished 14th and 1st in yards per play.

After this interview, Murray was speared in the parking lot by Nick Fairley.

He saw what Bama did to georgia with the two healthy elite WRs, and what happened without them. The two ELITE WRs will be hard to replace. Those 2 WRs BOTH getting injured was a UGA miracle. Everybody saw the difference in the offense without those two.
