What's your go-to Waffle House order?

Breakfast-
Two eggs scrambled with side of sausage, white toast. Add double hashbrowns scattered, covered, smothered, chunked. Ketchup and black pepper. I make little sandwiches with the toast, sausage, and eggs. Sweet tea.
Non-breakfast-
Texas cheesesteak melt, double hashbrowns scattered covered smothered chunked. Ketchup and black pepper. I eat the hashbrowns last so little bits of cheesy meat and onion fallen from the sandwich gets into the hashbrowns. Sweet tea.

Haven't been to a Waffle House in several years, but my go to used to be two eggs over easy, side of bacon, double order hashbrowns scattered, smothered, covered.

HB 2X: Scattered, covered, chunked. Water or Sweet Tea depending. Usually snag a bite of waffle from my kiddo too.

Grilled ham n cheese w/lettuce and tomato on wheat, hashbrowns scattered and covered, unsweet tea with splenda.
Can't remember last time I went for something other than breakfast but prolly a double cheeseburger with hashbrowns scattered and covered also...

I used to love their burgers and patty melts but many years ago I got random food poisoning from one in Kennesaw and haven't had one since. Probably been 20 years. Everything else on the menu is good to go, but my body says No! to their burger patties.

Basically the same only make it a bacon cheesesteak melt with just cheese on the hashbrowns and then lay the ketchup to all of it. My plate will look like a murder scene by the end of the meal.
Coke for me btw.

Double hash brown: scattered, smothered, and covered.
Salt the hashbrowns.
Black coffee
Outside of adding a third egg or adding the chocolate moose pie to share with my kids, i havent deviated from one of those orders in about 25 years.
