Haven't heard the 1st rumor and doubt anyone else has either.
Just a bunch of rivals shaking in their shoes cause CKS looks to be fulfilling the potential of UGA football.

1: You just can't get them all (still holds true, but you can still get more of the better ones and let everyone else take the leftovers)
2: UGA has to maintain good relationships with the HS's here so they can't offer every single promising sophomore, resulting in pulled offers later, whereas other schools can come in, offer early, and if they pull the offer later, nobody cares. I think this was a fake argument someone floated on a message board one day, it was a new take, and people ran with it.

I've honestly never heard anyone cite #2 ever. #1 is pretty much the biggest reason, combined with the fact other programs within 3 hours of the state line were doing much better than us. Now that we're the hot program, we're getting a lion's share of the ones that may have gone elsewhere previously, which you mentioned.
