Frick ole miss. Brown bears gonna be in the NCAA pen soon. They aren't even trying to hide it. Regarding compliance, most departments try to get their schools out of trouble. They don't play NCAA enforcement like ours do.
Oh well, what can you do??

This may be old news, but Brice Hunter's boy committed to UGA apparently. Sorry if y'all knew this already.

Calm down. They don't buy every player. Stop acting butthurt because we lost a 3 star receiver. I don't think they are dumb enough to waste their money on Nixon when they could use that money for NCM

Having Brandi Hunter attached to this program will be huge. Watch...

Just an fyi. A Leer landed at the EC airport around 5:30, and just took off. It had to be somebody here to see Mecole.

Meh, how many 7-6 teams with no history sign the nations #1 player and 4 other tops in state players from states not named Mississippi? I actually respect their audaciousness. Loose morals and low self esteem can really help recruiting.

It's the genesis of every hot stripper.

That's where I was going....

At this point you have to just respect their game.

They are quietly scaring the establishment. They have 2 straight wins over Bama. They take recruits from everyone and they don't apologize for it. They are going to be a force as long as they are allowed to hire coaches like Shea Patterson's brother and throw secondary scholarships at non athletic family members in order to sign players. I'm impressed and I like their hustle.

Apparently Hudson's dad passed away last year, and he is very close with his family. I have a hard time believing he's going anywhere outside of Texas.

What's with the WR recruiting? What targets are left that we have a chance with? Do Smart/Chaney have an ace up their sleeve we don't know about? Starting to feel like we may have traded poor OL recruiting for poor WR recruiting. Too early to melt?

You do realize we do the same thing. Wasn't it Ledbetter we gave a scholarship to his sister, or something? I mean, seems like she played sports....but what are you going to do? If you sign a kid you can't give any kind of scholarship to a family member? For a board so determined to appear as if we are not melting over a three star player.......well, the last three pages or so have been about losing a three star player.

We have Woerner, Ridley, Nauta (TE), and Wims on board at the moment and there is still an outside chance that we add Robertson or another under the radar guy. Still, if we were to add Robertson this might actually go down as the best receiving class UGA has ever had at one time so it's kind of funny to see people panicking and freaking out.

I think its also important to note that we have had 3 different WR coaches in 3 years. Hard to develop a lasting relationship with some of the big fish recruits when there's a revolving door there. I think Coley is going to be able to pull some quality guys next year..Have to tamper expectations with such a limited window to recruit.
Also, to echo what Durden said, we have a solid class. I would have liked to keep Randrecous Davis aboard, but I still believe that this class (especially Wims) will get some great results. Robertson would be huge for obvious reasons.

EJ Price is visiting this weekend per his twitter

Big news. Should all but seal the deal for us there; thought I'd heard where he was going up to Michigan this weekend instead.

I just have a feeling he picks the good guys next week and becomes a reallllly good OT for us. Kid has some serious athletic talent. You don't see many 6'6" 311lb guys with that much athleticism.

Given his recruitment, most guys like him I'd peg as locks for us but there's something about those guys from Archer that make me nervous
Posted on 1/26/16 at 8:25 am to GhostofCrowell
I, also, think that because it's not a large WR class in numbers, I think the quality of it is easily dismissed. In addition, because we've had woerner in the fold for sometime, with the least amount of recruiting drama you'll ever hear out of a prospect, I think people forget the quality of our guys
