if hogg and davis come back we arent going to be as bad as some of yall think. the key is hogg testing the waters and realizing he has no shot in the NBA as a 3, and coming back to play small(er) ball.

So surprise surprise, Florida State plays great defense and Michigan goes 4-22 from three. Amazing how contesting those shots works. Advanced stat tracking shows Michigan had only three uncontested threes tonight. They had 12 against us.

not sure who you are arguing with, but it was pretty obvious our D was shite.
Just be glad we didnt have to play FSU cause they are more athletic 1-5 than we are and we never would have heard the end of it when we lost.

Yeah the only plus side of losing Williams will be not having to see him and Davis on the court together anymore offensively, if Davis comes back. It was never pretty. No Williams makes us quite a bit worse defensively as well though

Davis declares for the NBA draft with no agent. If he does not sign, he would still be eligible to return for his senior season.

You know damn well game to game comparisons like that really aren't worth much. If it was a series that would be one thing but in a single game? Get outta here w/that weak shite.
Never mind that after watching this tourney it's pretty damn clear that Wagner is better than every single player on our team. RW has athleticism but he can't touch Wager's skills while TD is too damn slow to do anything to him as well. Our biggest strength was nullified and our guards couldn't do shite to help them.
This team was always going to live and die by how Starks played once Wilson went down. The fact that you don't like BK does not change that no matter how badly you want to say otherwise.
As tonight's title game has shown, if your guards get their asses kicked, it doesn't matter what your bigs can do.

Hogg declares and signs with agent, seems like a bad decision. Any chance this was a forced decision due to his discipline issues during the year?

hogg has been rumored to be wanting to leave since last year. Like alot of ballers, he thinks hes alot better than he really is. Wish he were coming back to play his true position as a stretch 4 but man o man is he in for a rude awakening when he gets his draft grade.

Yeh that wouldn’t surprise me. He has a lot of growing to do on and off the court to get where he wants to go
