I really don’t see anything in between happening. They are either going to channel the emotion of the stadium and last years demons and just obliterate us, or do what Nebraska did against Texas in 2010 and get so wrapped up in who they are playing they get out of their game and play like dog shite.

We’ve all seen both happen in these “circle the calendar” revenge games.

The latter isn’t happening because practically every big game has been emotional for this team. I see it playing out similar to our games vs UF and Auburn.

You say that, but Burrow’s smile when asked about A&M makes me think the tigers might be caught looking past the ags. We look like easy picking.

Which we certainly are. 90% chance we lose, in painful fashion.

I honestly don't know what to expect. I know there is an extremely high likelihood we lose this one...but at the same time I'm feeling rather optimistic. Maybe the part of me that wants to see the world burn is really cheering for the upset in tiger stadium...don't know if Louisiana has enough first responders if it were to happen.

Weather on Saturday in Baton Rouge. Afternoon 65% chance of rain and SW wind 10-20mph. Night is 85% chance of rain with W wind at 8-10.

Going to a bit sloppy. Maybe we knock a few balls loose...

Oh they definitely aren’t looking past this game.
But they’re also not going to be too locked on to the shite us fans are talking about all week.

The weather looks pretty shite so we’ll see what happens there.

Normally this would be a trap game, but they're way too into us.

LSU hasn’t had a shitty game yet. They’re still college kids who can and will frick up, I could totally see us being in the game as long as we can run the ball and eat clock.

Don't hold your breath for it. He is serviceable, that's it.

If LSU is going to lose, it'll be because our defense keeps us in the game. We can score 20-30 points on LSU. But we can't keep up if this becomes a shootout and LSU scores 40-50.

LSU locker room talk is that they are going to do their best to hang 70 on us, as a statement for last year. I don't think they have a prayer of doing that

I read the same thing somewhere else. Burrow took that loss very personal and wants to hang as many points as possible.

Haven't the Aggies seen their fair share of high octane QBs this year? Let's hope Elko has some wrinkles this week. It'd be nice to see the defense up their performance for this game. That is the only way to prevent LSU scoring 70 points.

Burrow played his arse off (I remember y’all being very complementary of him post game) and had to get IVs after. If there’s anything personal it’s probably from Craig’s celebrating right in front of him.

I also totally forgot that CEH threw a touchdown that night

That smile was his remembering Craig running up on him last year.

Any ill will is because of Craig.

Well that will be gone after this year. Next year it will be something else.

Indeed. He won my unqualified respect last year.

Mine too. It was easy to see that not only was he a gamer, he could also really play. Special talent.
