And that’s why we are succeeding when LSU failed

A&M is a really good job too. Everything is here to win big, and if you do you will be sainted and get statues and named buildings, and whatever you want forever basically.

It’s the perfect storm really. There may be no where else in the country with as high of a ceiling AND as low of a bar you’d have to meet. In any field, it’s a job you take without question.

Eastern or central? Would think eastern since that’s their time zone. Interesting if so, seen several people say something official will be done today, especially after the BOR meeting.

If they fire him, doesn't FSU owe him some serious dineros?

If it happens, it’s because a room full of lawyers actually came to an agreement.

Honestly, my take is both sides have been posturing to get to an agreement before Saturdays game and move on with their lives.

There's no way. He just went on ESPNU radio and said a decision hasn't been made and he makes those decisions after the season ends. He's being a stubborn arse right now shows how invested he was in that program. I think this will be one of those "I'm thankful my ex was lousy" stories in a few years. Thanks for the big Fish(er) @Woodward

Edit: FWIW, an FSU team meeting has been scheduled for 2:30 CT (?)

Alls I know is if it doesn’t happen Luigi is going to get roasted and trolled to hell, because I just listened to his biliuci hour radio show and he’s basically acting like it’s a done deal. Talking about what it would be like for Texas high schools having a man of jimbos stature showing up representing a&m on his shirt.

Thursday, Nov. 30 @ 2:45 p.m.

I know there's been some recent scuttlebutt again that Fisher may be reversing course again and staying at FSU. I would find that would be incredibly surprising, if not shocking. We've been told he's already set to fly out to College Station on Sunday with the introductory press conference scheduled for Monday. And we've heard that running backs coach Jay Graham, director of operations Mark Robinson and quarterback assistant Dameyune Craig will go with him. I'll warn that Fisher is still under contract to FSU and hasn't signed the A&M contract yet so anything is possible. But I can't stress enough that him remaining on as the Seminoles' head coach is extremely unlikely.

The main question still remains whether Fisher will coach the team this Saturday. From his afternoon interview with Danny Kanell, it sounds like he plans to be on the field for FSU's final regular season finale. As mentioned earlier, there's a definite push in the Moore Center to prevent that from happening. And there is some traction to what's been mentioned on this board frequently -- making Odell Haggins the interim HC for the game. There's a very good chance this will all be resolved later today, or Friday morning at the latest.

Finally, you may want to slow your roll a bit on Willie Taggart becoming FSU's next head coach. He's still a major candidate but I was told that he's hardly a lock and they are evaluating other potential candidates. In fact, was told that some new names have come forward in the last day or two. We are hoping to have a Hot Board up tomorrow with some of these additional names.

Stay tuned.....

Correct. Fran gave him a job as assistant director of football ops right after he graduated from App St. Was here the entire Fran tenure, then went to Arkansas under Petrino
