Gunnell is a huge priority for the staff this weekend. He'll be solid and out recruiting for us after this visit. I expect him to go hard after Kenyon and Jalen

To me the weird thing about Whittington is that he's probably the best safety prospect in America but is insisting on playing offense at the next level. Also, that's 15 stars in one picture, at one position lol would be ridiculous if we somehow closed on all 3
Howell said don't be surprised if we get news from the 18' & '19 class soon. From texags so be sure to empty the salt shaker on this one

Lol how is everyone not enamored with Nick Starkel? He has the potential to be the best pocket passer we have ever had. He should be the starter day 1 in the spring. He can flat out throw the ball. Im truly excited about our future with him behind center

I wouldn't say that's been the only bump in the road. Leon also jumped ship. They were our two best defensive recruits. I do hope we get Leon back. Yeah, those "insiders" don't know a lot about the kids and their desires. It seems they just have info on coaches schedules and targets

He had an 11pm update saying the staff told the o line commits that Turner was staying. Says he and Jimbo really hit it off during the interview. Recruits over the weekend were told that he and Price would remain on staff
I imagine it's the Jim Turner news that BL reported. I love whoever keeps us up to date on the 247 news lol

Tucker, Grinch, and Robinson have been the names I've heard the most. I really like all three but Tucker and Robinson seem to have more southern ties than Grinch.
