Of the 2013 class, I have Davis, Ellis, Gustafson, Hall, RSJ, Stuckey, Tabuyo, Walker, Washington, and White in the two deep.

Hall, RSJ, Washington (depending on Alaka injury), and possibly Stuckey (LG), should all start the season opener. Ellis could also start depending on how much Nickel we run and whether the coaches decide to play Wilson in front of him. I could see both on the field in Mustang packages.

Heck that kinda still blows my mind a little. I remember how happy we were when we found out Raven's mom faxed in a fake Ole Miss LOI. It was like manna from heaven having something break OUR way in recruiting for once and give us a four star when we had so few. We all know we was the real start of the class in retrospect though. Goes to show you that you never know how talent will pan out.

Any chance you could do a projected 2-deep for the offense? Is our H receiver going to be a TE anytime soon?

And how is LaCamera doing? You know, just in case...

Here's a 3-deep for the offense, defense, and special teams that I think is pretty good.

Yep. It makes you realize how important recruiting is.
In the Sherman or Fran days, these 4* guys that are not contributing or turned out to be busts would have been forced to start because we didn't have the competition in practice like we do now. It was only apparent during games.

Ya, as long as the Aggies have two healthy RB's between Carson, White, and Bussey, I'm guessing Williams will stay on the defensive side.

I was looking on the defensive side just didn't see him. It shows him as a sr. But he has another year of eligibility right?

Wow, that actually is pretty good. There are some holes - probably shouldn't have Ledwick on there since he retired. They've got the WR names all wrong (the X and Z are reversed as are the H and Y). And Half Back is a different position than H-Back.

I'd quibble a bit with OL as McCoy is the clear cut 2nd teamer now (he's been very impressive so far). Lindblade is 2nd team RT (and I don't see him even listed). Jamal Jeffrey is a SO. Things like that. But they really are minor

Most of these I see are absolutely horrible with tons of clear cut mistakes

or last year

We've gone into camp in both 13 and 14 praying true freshmen were ready so we could start them. Honestly same in 12 when we slid Neelley inside and started Obioha at DE and Devante at CB

Several guys that started a few games out of necessity are sliding down the depth chart (HWalker, VDavis, Burns, you could even put Wilson in that category). I think some will reemerge as they get older but they aren't sliding because they are getting worse.

I like the way this guy thinks.

If you followed along with my recent conference preview predictions, you could have easily identified three of my projected playoff teams: Big Ten champ Ohio State (13-0), SEC champ Texas A&M (12-1) and Big 12 champ TCU (11-1). Figuring out who would get the No. 4 seed was decidedly more difficult.
