Stein has the playsheet in his hands this week. He saw one week of Sloan having full control against an SEC team and he stepped in. I said last week that Stein was too good of an offensive mind to let that continue to happen under his watch and predicted he would take over playcalling sooner or later.
It reminds me of when Satterfield reportedly got relieved of playcalling duties at South Carolina a few years ago and proceeded to hang 60 on Tennessee. I don't think Beamer ever came out and threw him under the bus or anything so Stein isn't going to call Sloan out but it's pretty obvious what happened. Stein's a hell of an OC and playcaller, he just needs to hire better assistants which I think will come with as he gets more experience at HC. I was bullish on the hire and I think UK got themselves a good one.

Not even close. The Corps at best has 2700 cadets. The networks fall over themselves to show the Corps but they are a small percentage of the student body
