Heitner = NIL lawyer for Florida and maybe the GC Eddie = President/leader/CEO of the GC (formerly/no longer the head guy I think) Hathcock = Bagman/big booster for Florida
And if paying kids like this IS legal, why the need for some shady af lawyer? 300k?

For fricking what exactly?

Rashada is very, very good.
He’s 18 and this is where we insert the Moneyball video of explaining that nobody knows. And having a very public fight over Money with the University has never boded well for college or NFL success

I still can’t fathom why these kids are willing to take a few extra bucks over development to head over to Miami. The “U” hasn’t been relevant in two decades and while Cristobal can recruit, he’s rather lackluster elsewhere. I wouldn’t be surprised if they have their hands on this though.

So Rashada is represented by 2 guys that are just out of college in the last couple of years. Between that and his father's comments I can see why we are probably in the situation we are in. I also don't put in past some people connected to the Gator Guard that aren't the ones writing the big checks half a** promising things they didn't assure was guaranteed.

Rashada’s brother who was apparently at Ole Miss this past year is in the transfer portal. Seems like a Lamar Ball situation. Gotta milk NIL for the entire family when none of them are worth the headache.

Ive been saying cut bait.

Agreed. The less talent to Florida the better. Roll Mertz out and continue that big fall forward into football purgatory.
It’s what they and their shitty fans deserve.
All while watching Florida State take the top spot in Florida.
Thanks Billy! The gift that keeps giving to Louisiana!

So $13 m for three years is about $4.3 m per year which is going rate for top qb
How pissed will boosters be when he leaves after 3 without any hardware?

Billy might be out sooner than later if we go 5-7/6-6 this year.
I had posted that the two bottom teams from each division would be Florida and MSU. Would Florida be willing to bring back Mullen?

Are college players really making this kind of money? That seems shocking to me.

No some drunk head of a collective either made some crazy proposal that wasn't signed off on by the real money people or its just being put out there by some agents or something. Rashada was never getting money like that to come to FL. Heck our big money people are on the stingy side when it comes to paying unproven high school players compared to many other schools.

This is implied by Josh Pate as well.
Nil causes shady-assed characters to come out of the woodwork.

Not to stray off topic too much, but what have the Gator fans been hearing in regards to others courting him? If he’s not heading to Florida, does he give Oregon another look? They’re handing out the bag, though he eliminated them early in the summer, if my recollection is right.

If he cared about development he wouldn't go to Florida anyways

Damn didn’t think about that one…

Right now, he can’t. Rashada has not been released from his UF NIL so other schools can’t recruit him.

Rashada officially requests his release of LOI.
