I feel bad for Napier though if we lose Rashada as he isn't being given a fair shake if our big boosters aren't willing to

Don’t. Napier doesn’t have a plan. You think for one second Kirby or Saban aren’t directing boosters and telling them what and how to do it? Napier needs to grow a pair realize his leverage and make this shite shake. frick the administration.

Which is appalling considering the Gator brand and Florida’s talent rich state, not to mention such success with Spurrier and Meyer.

Damn brother is that what’s going on? Do tell, Florida can’t afford to pay him? Find that mind boggling with how influential the brand is. Easily top ten nationally

Heitner = NIL lawyer for Florida and maybe the GC
Eddie = President/leader/CEO of the GC (formerly/no longer the head guy I think)
Hathcock = Bagman/big booster for Florida

All speculation…

Our boosters haven’t played ball since Urbs left. It’s why we are 13th every year in recruiting. Just going through the motions and collecting that check over here.

I really sense that UF is just waiting for the NIL dust to settle and isn't interested in playing the current game at all.

Which means we won't be "back" until schools start paying players and/or we have a HS draft.

We just replaced most of our OL, WR Corps, QB, LBs and our secondary. Please tell us how you imagine any HC doing better than 6-8 wins next season.

Not saying he didnt deserve it, but the man did try to get the admin to open up the wallet on facilities ect

This is nuts if the big money guys and the collective can't be bothered to be familiar with the basic details of the contract. I mean, this isn't fine print stuff we're talking about. This is how much money, goes to which people and when these payments are due...you know, the most important details of the contract!

If any of this is remotely true, this is a total clown show.

It still feels strange seeing folks openly discuss payments made to a prospect who hasn't even enrolled at a school yet and hasn't provided a tangible service of any kind to anyone.

Heitner

Fwiw, he's come out and vehemently denied he represents Rashada or is entitled to any cut of this earnings.

He's mostly in hot water with Gator fans because he's chummy with Ruiz (the Miami NIL mastermind).

he denies it, but it's crazy how the accusation coincides with what's going on currently.

redacted the anti-semetic remark.

Seems a little weird to me Rashada wouldnt enroll based on some "NIL lawyer" not getting an expected amount up front. Whether the guy is representing him or not why would he care what he's getting paid by UF/the collective as it relates to his enrollment there? Even if he is representing him would the Rashada's family just say whatever is in the deal for you is between you and Florida to figure out? Why would you potentially not go there as a player based on what a lawyer may or may not get? Really confused by that and doesnt make much sense. Only reason Rashada wouldnt want to go there is he personally wasn't getting something he thought he should as it directly affects him.

If the whole issue here is a lawyer not getting what he thinks the contract was for, just take the collective or whoever it is to court...you're a lawyer

He's a got a good relationship with the athletic department, Levin, and the university as a whole. FBK member. I just can't see him jeopardizing that on a single contract so I believe him.

i don't know how true that is. i'm not gonna pretend that i'm "in the know" or anything. most of what i know is coming from 247. and those guys over there ain't happy with him. especially with the image of him and ruiz hanging out with one another. there's also a rumor of Heitner giving Ruiz recruiting secrets. not sure how true that is.

Well at least he isn't posting wads of cash all over the internet saying the struggle is over like we saw when NIL was forbidden.
