I am sure the story ends somewhere in between but both sides loose in this one.
Florida does not get the qb they “wanted”.
Florida looks cheap.
If Florida pays they will always have to pay inbred future.
Rashada looks like a gold digger.
Rashada will already be liked upon negatively by his fan base where he goes.
Rashada possibly does not get the school he wants.

His dad was probably behind a lot of this mess especially if he had already signed something with Ruiz that had some penalty attached for walking away from it. Hopefully this mess is a wake up call to get the NIL to unproven high school kids under control some. The problem is the rich boosters funding the deals are the only ones with the power to do that.

the only one's learning anything from this is Florida. The aTms, Georgia's, Bama's, OSU's of the world will continue to do what they've been doing.

Shocker. Deion’s son is what, a junior or a senior? Rashada would just back him up this year I would imagine and then take over after that.

I guess we'll see what happens. But will Daddy Rashada get the Miami ($9.5MM) or UF ($13MM) payday from Deon who always pounds away at "NFL over NIL"?

Not even sure CO has an NIL collective…..they didn’t even have the money to pay Deion when they hired him.

UF may be better off without him but the whole situation just kneecapped Napier in recruiting. He probably won’t win any significant recruiting battles before he’s fired in 2 years.

What exactly do you think Georgia is doing?

I asked a question and got down votes?
I am merely trying to get clarification of what the poster meant so we can have a conversation. At least two people seem a bit sensitive, and I am not even sure what I said that was sensitive?

I haven't heard about UGA or Bama offering millions to recruits.

Some of their stars have big time NIL deals, but every time there's a release of the biggest NIL deals for UGA players it's all guys who've been on the team for a couple of years.

I'm sure UGA and Bama are giving recruits something. But it seems like it's not ridiculous money like we hear for some top recruits (like Rashada, the UTk QB, Arch and whoever)
