Started doing it in '09, rep the Herd until after the bowl game(which usually has been the NC game). If I change it prior, it's bad luck...or something.

True. But when his name popped up and we found out he has only been playing football for one season. Did you really think he would see the field as a starter?

don't read too much into it... if we do miss, then he's an option. he doesn't have an offer yet... if he gets an offer in the next couple weeks, then yeah... we missed on some guys.

According to Scott Reaves, Jameis Winston is seriously considering Auburn. He's waiting for us to hire a OC then will set up a visit. AU has made him a priority in this class.

Well he did just go from a 5 star to a 4 star, so that is probable true...
I have heard from a source close to Winston that he is seriously considering Auburn at this time. He will wait to see who Auburn hires as an OC and then schedule a visit.
I would have him at 50-50 right now but with a great hire those chances will increase significantly.
Coach Thigpen is scheduled to visit with Winston and his family after the dead period. The source also said that Auburn has made Winston a high priority for this class.
