I like how Ole Miss selects a handful of really good players and goes all in with NIL. Its a smart strategy for a team that isn't as wealthy.

We aren't super rich but we were pretty early on the crowd sourcing NIL and we have a few big money boosters helping as well. We are probably in the top 10-15 range of NIL in reality because we are a year or 2 ahead of a decent number of programs.

We are going all out on more than just a handful this year. Not only on new guys but we are making sure everyone of note that we want is retained.

I think frugal or disciplined might be a better description. We see how paying everybody crazy amounts worked out for another school.
