When I was in auburn, you could get MIP (minor in possession, MCA (minor comsumption of alcohol), & PI. I hit for the cycle one weekend

I was 19 when I got a PI, and no Minor Consumption. I was holding a beer and didn't even get a minor in possession.
Guess it depends on the cop's mood at the time.

Yep. This kid is proving time and time again that he is incapable of learning from his mistakes and maturing the way he should. Do kids make mistakes? Yes, but the idea is to learn from them and he obviously isn't. Can we medical redshirt this kid for a brain injury? Already ready for this kid to tranfer to some DII school.

Saban originally had these problems in Ttown... A meeting with the police chief about how this can be use against us and problem solved...

Even though it is no big deal. . .and I always thought was a stupid reason to get arrested.
I wonder what he did to get that charge. You don't get arrested just for being drunk.

Not sure where he was arrested, but if downtown or at the bar, he was acting a fool or doing something wrong. Or he had a big black X on his hand and was visibly drunk. I have also heard the police are cracking down on house/Apt. parties this summer and underage drinking, moreso after the shooting
