I see they are posting pictures of Bama players with cars again... They tried the suit thing, now this...

YES - this is Calloway's 2nd strike - HE GONE

His second offense, but he is NOT gone... He did not assault anyone...
Calloway will remain on the team... hearing a three game suspension... Peaches knows too much...
The NCAA will NEVER investigate Alabama... this is just part of our plan to get him to Bama... Throw doubt about his possible going to Ole Miss....
Dang that Trooper... He is cheating... My buddies tell me he is cheating... Offered girls hookers... also offered Yeldon a lot of money, cars, etc...
Some have gone pro, some processed... the ones remaing will win 3 natties.

Power of the Press

Alabama has an ongoing investigation going on in Pensacola, The Pensacola paper indicates that the NCAA is interviewing his HS about it..... No one has the Balls to ask Saban about it...

The Club gets finbaum to indicate a Bomb is about to go off, then a disgraced odds maker to make claims agains Auburn at a paid Tuscaloosa meeting, then a reporter ask about it, now it is a video on al.com.. ( The Video

This is how you deflect people..
Things have calmed down for former Washington High defensive tackle Darius Paige over the past few months. But that might not last very long.

Sources close to the situation have confirmed to the News Journal that NCAA associate director of enforcement Renee Gomila will be in Pensacola this week to interview Washington officials about Paige. The sources spoke on the condition of anonymity because of the ongoing NCAA investigation.Paige’s transfer to Foley (Ala.) High School made national headlines when Washington High defensive coordinator George Schellang — who was the Wildcats’ interim head coach after Mike Smith’s resignation over the summer — alleged University of Alabama assistant coach Jeremy Pruitt forced the move.

UAB Medical School - Montgomery

UAB Medical School is opening a new branch in Montgomery to go with the one in Hunstville and Tuscaloosa. So we will have UAB-Montgomery, UAB-Tuscaloosa and UAB-Huntsville....
-------
The campus, located at Baptist Medical Center South, will be the third regional location for the UAB School of Medicine. UAB already operates campuses in Tuscaloosa and Huntsville.

So Harvey is in Jail and has not even started his evaluation... this will take a while...

OPELIKA, Ala. (AP) — Officials say psychiatric testing like the evaluations planned for a University of Alabama fan charged with poisoning Auburn University's landmark oak trees can last from a few hours to years.

Harvey Updyke surrendered for psychiatric testing last week in Opelika, and he remained in the Lee County jail Tuesday morning.

The state mental health agency says tests most often are conducted in county jails, where the process can last from hours to a few days.

The department says evaluations can last from a month to years if a person is taken to a state mental facility for screening.

The agency declined comment on Updyke specificially, citing confidentiality rules.

Spanish Fort High receiver Deon "D.J." Johnson won't be able to play football any time soon after District Judge Jody Bishop placed severe restrictions on the 19-year-old if he posts bond in the wake of his recent arrest on a first-degree rape charge.

According to Bishop's order, obtained from the Baldwin County District Attorney's Office today, Johnson will be bound to house arrest except for attending classes at Spanish Fort High School between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m., if and when the teen posts bond.

Will he go pro next year?
He will be out this afternoon.... The guy knows how to play the system.... Just before trial switch attorneys, talk to the press, health issues, etc...
Scarbo chimes in and says nothing... Thought the picture was interesting.

As fascinating as all this may be, in a stop-and-look-at-the-train-wreck kinda way, and as much finger-pointing as it's included and generated, in the larger scheme of things, it doesn't really matter what De'Vinner told any of those newspapers, radio stations or websites.

It doesn't matter if there were inconsistencies in his public stories. Nor does it matter how many people question his credibility, publicly and privately.

It only matters what he's told the NCAA, whether the NCAA believes any of it and whether the NCAA can corroborate it.

If you know anything about NCAA investigations -- residence in this state would be a qualification -- you know they don't always end where, when or how you think they will. If you know anyone who knows De'Vinner, you shouldn't be surprised if what he's said in public doesn't exactly match what he's said in private.

That would just be wrong, back channel meetings... is anyone tracking jets?? job... :dude:

Seriously, he would be an EXCELLENT choice... So Petrino to UK then... SEC just gets tougher.
