Not trying to be an arse but any hope for Tennessee this year? So hard to keep up with you guys when you have like 34394723 transfers in and out. Who is your favorite transfer in?

Your guess is as good as mine.

I have NO IDEA what our floor & ceiling is between the roster & a new, unproven staff.

Sage didn’t enroll early but will probably get a little time at nickel, it looks like our starting safeties will be jay ward and major burns

Now that the “Suga” huddle is gone…. Just develop depth at OL, give us that weak side tackle and keep #10 in the pocket Aubie will be fine.

He's been practicing yeah. Looks good on IG and everything but theres murmurs that something isnt happening like it's supposed to.

If that's grades or issues with the transfer or ncaa drama from the McDonald's bags nobody knows yet.

We are now thin but very talented at QB. The fact that Johnson is a left handed qb may actually diminish the impact of losing the LT, but O Line in the running game still worries me. We have raw talent at RB with Emery and TDP plus the incoming freshman, just need to be able to block for them.

WR somehow baca me super young but holy hell is there some talent there.

DL is friggin stacked. We got dudes on dudes on dudes (eat your heart out aggies)

DB’s are stacked. Safeties are the weak link here but we have talent.

LB’s should be much better. I don’t think they were truly as bad as the bo Pelini defense made them look, but they have to prove it.

Overall the positions i worry about are OL, LB, and qb depth.

DL? Really? I knew yall had that transfer at linebacker who is a stud. Who are the studs on y'alls DLine?

Aubie, I'll link the article in a minute but I've seen it twice that Auburns line is top 3 in the SEC. How many yards does Tank get this year? You believe that mojo?

Diddlydawg I thought Truss was suppose to start there? Am I totally off?

Yeah I don’t know what happened to him. He started the Cincinnati game I believe. Guess he’s in bad shape again

Right now this is how they are running it in practice:

1st team
LT- Jamaree Salyer
LG- Justin Shaffer
C- Warren Ericson
RG- Tate Ratledge
RT- Warren McClendon

2nd team
LT- Amarius Mims
LG- Clay Webb
C- Sedrick Van Pran
RG- Chad Lindberg
RT- Broderick Jones/ Xavier Truss

The key to the OL coming together is either Mims or Jones getting one of those tackle spots. Mims is true frosh and Jones was injured all year so they both might take some time. Them moving into starting position also allows Salyer to move over to his more natural guard position.

The ideal OL IMO would be:

LT- Warren McClendon
LG- Jamaree Salyer
C- Warren Ericson
RG- Justin Shaffer
RT- Amarius Mims

Mims just needs to get comfortable

Ahhh gotcha. Makes sense. Yeah I thought they were moving him over to guard. I guess it will be decided in the fall. Something to watch for.

Sidenote: My brother is at UGA and swears Tate is the strongest man he has ever met haha

How did that Oline look in yalls spring game? (Cant imagine that great with your dline talent) Who is your pick to start at QB?

I don’t even remember. Probably not very good. I don’t put much stock into spring games. Plus the were pretty nicked up so it wasn’t a good gauge for what well out on the field in the fall.

King is the front runner. It would be pretty shocking to me if he didn’t win the job.

Not sure, so I will wait for aggie/ bama to tell me which it is. They seem to know more about LSU than any LSU poster on this site.

Running game. They are going to bum rush your QB all season long without it. And think Mizzou?

Running game dude.

.I'm hoping A. Hall will fill the role as the over the top threat

Hall seems like a freaking animal, so dont get me wrong. But is he a deep threat? Seems more all around with size more than a speed guy getting behind the safety.
