Honestly, might be the best thing for college football for Clemson to win a nattty, but that shite ain’t happening. Even if he gets a new do.

Can you show me in the Bible where it says it’s a sin to earn a fair wage for work performed?
Or even where it says it’s a sin to pay workers for their labors?

Dabo will be without a job in the next 5 years if he does not adapt to NIL. That’s the only thing I’ll admit.

give the man his do. if more coachs stand up this crap will go away.
There will come a time when your stand-up coach will lose enough players that it won't matter about his virtue. Losing defensive backs Andrew Mukuba and Toriano Pride Jr. to the portal suggests that all the bible-thumping in the world won't stop players from leaving for greener pastures.

Well no of course not, but....
“”Then said Jesus unto his disciples, Verily I say unto you, That a rich man shall hardly enter into the kingdom of heaven. [24] And again I say unto you, It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.“

NIL With free transfer is why it’s a nightmare. Having to re-recruit your entire roster annually? frick that noise. For guys demanding money who hardly contributed at their previous stop.
NIL the it was intended and keeping the previous transfer rules in place would be fine. This current model is not and will be changed at some point.

It makes me sad that y'all won't be immediately eliminated from CFP contention in Week 1, this year, but it won't take long.

If you have to ask then you obviously haven’t been paying attention

I’ve been paying attention. I don’t find it to be a problem. I don’t care, at all, what a player makes or doesn’t. It isn’t my problem and I don’t begrudge them earning what they can. I also don’t care about players being free to transfer to a school that they want to..just like other students do or coaches do when they get a better offer. It hasn’t hurt my experience as a fan and hasn’t really caused any major issue for my team or most others. What exactly is the problem?

So it’s kindof like the employment market. Keep your people happy or they leave..how does this impact you?

Well, I think they need to cut the coaches salary in half. At that it would still be too much. They will say all the white men are making too much money off the black kids. I was thinking the courts said the players had to be compensated. Is that not true?

NIL didn't ruin college sports. Making it into a billion dollar industry with insane coaching and tv contracts ruined it. NIL is a symptom not the cause of the disease.

Dabo is obsolete. As soon as his lil ole Clempson schtick got old, it was a fast decline. Now this? Read the room. It’s not college anymore and isn’t going back. Doubt the players even take him seriously anymore.
Clemson in the 2010s is just like UGA now but slightly worse. 2 quick championships, quick to crown themselves as CFB royalty, and since they never had any success in the program, once they finally got it they assumed they’d always had it and always would. Womp womp.
Clemson sucks and can’t even go to the playoffs in the ACC. That should be an every year thing.

He’s widely quoted as saying the day players get paid is the day he walks away. fricking hypocrite.
And his team is getting an arse kicking come August 31 in Atlanta.

Dabo stands up for his beliefs and everyone watches Clemson become the next Vandy. Sounds good to me
