What a fantastic season of television. I can't wait to go back and rewatch, I'm sure there is a lot i missed or that makes more sense now.

Just made 30+K in about an hour. Selling one day iron condors. ( ASML, AMD, and MU). Do you even know what that is?
Even if you are right about the argument, could you have posted a douchier statement?

Has anyone brought up that there is no dot on the letter i on the show? Also the statue in town square has no head.

Great commentary all the way around, one scene I don't think came up was her looking at the cracked door in the upstaris hallway and walking right up to it. Good lord, i was physically uncomfortable. Great work to let that breathe and not go with the jump scare there.
I get coco's complaint, but to me thats every horror genre ever.

The X-lab bikes are pretty nice, and its XDS that has been making all the big name bikes for decades. Can get a carbon frame with 105 component for 2100.
So wife and i watched the historical episode on wednesday and i was like well this is cool but i didn't want to wait to watch another to have the present day plot move forward. Last night we realized we got two episodes.
Rhys definitely was making a deal with someone on the toilet...could be a red herring and him praying to God, could be the deal he made while on mushrooms.

Thats fine, but i hate when people shite on "The hobby" when that is not what the hobby is, its some other grotesque part that was created.

The "Hobby" is multi faceted. You should stop ripping and buying to flip or whatever and just collect what you like.

It could help with late bloomer pitchers too, since age is less of an issue for teams drafting pitchers because they already know most are going to blow out or become relievers or both.
yea, but feels like those guys all have 5 years now because they get injured at some point.

Yep. And the people screaming about leverage don't consider that guys that will be looking to stay an extra year in college don't have any leverage regardless because they're infinitely replaceable.
I do think 5 for 5 is going to really beef up JUCO baseball though.
The people that this effects the most are "great college players who aren't so great pro prospects" and this just isn't a whole lot of guys. This will get them another year of NIL and still get a decent draft payday. Jared Jones would probably be the best recent example, but in any typical year, LSU will have MAYBE one of those guys, possibly none.
The episode was hilarious, but I'm not entirely sure what the point was as it didn't move the plot forward very much.
Was it in episode 1 where they did like a camera pan to a locked room several feet underground?

This also is probably the best home schedule in the last 40 years

Oh buddy, you haven't even seen the most whiplash "what the frick is he doing in this" moment yet
I've seen it a dozen times at least. Watch it every year around memorial day to remind myself how easy i had it.

If we just start with the 4% rule as a starting place, OP is nowhere near to hitting that withdrawal rate.
This.
The OP seems to hate his office job more than the idea of working. I'd consider "retiring" form that job and finding a different line of work for "retirement". Something with health benefits could easily make up for lower pay in the 30-40k annual range.

you can safely turn that $750K into well over a million within 5 years. Just invest in an index.
This is inaccurate and irresponsible investment advice to give someone who is 55 and looking to retire.

Anyone cover the fact that the median house is anywhere from 50-75% larger today than in 1971.
