He clearly has a superiority complex because of his status as a football coach. There is absolutely no reason to belittle someone who is just trying to do their job under high stress. While the worker probably shouldn’t have touched him, Sarkisian chose to degrade the man instead of calmly explaining that he didn't want hands placed on him.
It must be nice knowing that you can treat people like shite and that the other person is not in a position to do the same in return.
