Hardly. We got Monken overhauling our offense. He got started last season and it should (hopefully) be complete next season.

I'm not even sure if it's a rehab clinic. Seems like he wants to take a step back. He could've gotten the DB coaching job if he lobbied for it.

Im pretty sure the gamecock contract pays him less the more he makes afterward. So there is no real incentive to rush into an on field role or DC role when he is still getting paid as a head coach.

Taking over when Kirby gets fired for cause, like Steele at UT.

Why do people always confuse a head coach with a coordinator?

I'll go one step further with this. Who do you think had better personnel? South Carolina or Georgia?

Probably because we know Muschamp was calling the defense since early last year and Trob was DC in title only.

Even as auburns DC, before coming to Carolina, he wasn't that impressive.

Wasn't Kevin Steele hired by UT for an unspecified position? Then a week later he was Interim Coach... coincidence.

Where in that article does it state UGA hired Muschump? He is in town visiting his best friend and his son, who is on the Georgia team.

Auburn had a very good defense under Muschamp, and he was only there a year. Again. Who do you think has better personnel on the defensive side of the ball? A coach can only do so much.

By 2025, Derek Dooley will have been over a decade. Muschamp will still have an opportunity to work through Tennessee, Missouri, and Kentucky.

Lets be real.
The Dooley sabotage can only sustain for so long. Muschamps next mission will be in Knoxville.
