I do know this..despite the portal losses there's still a lot coming back from the team that beat LSU last year. When Alabama faces LSU they will have 85 on scholarship.

The only thing that kept you from getting embarrassed is gone, and we got a preview when he went in the injury tent. He won't be there to save you.

Alabama is something like 27-19 against LSU without Bryant and Saban.

It looks like you have bailed on your thread, but here’s a bone for you…

LSU owned the series with Bama in 1902, 1-0. That’s it.

Then Bama went 5-1 and never looked back.

Nick Saban went 4-1 against Alabama when he was head coach at LSU from 2000-2004. LSU had a winning record against Alabama in the 2000’s. They went 7-3, with 4 of those wins being under Saban.

If not for that decade, LSU’s last winning decade against Alabama would be in the 1890’s.

The 1890’s.

Let that soak in a minute.

Never mind that Alabama has owned LSU before Saban ever even arrived in the SEC.

Trolls aren't good if the hard evidence proves you wrong.

To summarize....

From 1983-2000, which was from Perkins first yr at Alabama to Saban's first yr at LSU, Alabama won 66% of its games, even counting those 9 probation games as losses, and LSU won 56%. Alabama won 3 SEC titles, and LSU won 2.

Alabama won 10 games in 1986. In fact, from 1983-2000, Alabama won 10 games 7 times and LSU won 10 games only 2 times, which were 1987 and 1996.
f you want to exclude Saban from Alabama then you exclude Saban from LSU.

From 1983 (Perkins first year) to 2000 (Saban first yr at LSU), Alabama beat LSU 11 times, lost 6, and tied once.

So if you want to talk about a team that sucked before Saban, then you are looking squarely at LSU.

Hell! LSU went THIRTY ONE YEARS (1969-2000) without beating Alabama in Baton Rouge!

I didn’t realize since 21-0 in the National Championship game LSU only has 2 wins vs Bama

Have not bailed at all. It’s pretty simple, sorry you’re having trouble understanding. In between Bear and Saban the series is basically even. Thats where we are now. It’s easy to find LSU- Bama 1984-2006.

21-0 completely broke you and your mentally weak fan base… to the point you started a thread that reeks of hope and desperation that Alabama will fall off…. and if we don’t you’ll stop your little feet and pout it’s just not fair! LSU = broken by Bama.

no it isn't. In between Bear and Saban in the SEC Alabama won 11, LSU won 6, and there was 1 tie. That's not basically even.

Who was your coach in that game?
My goodness you just cannot comprehend any of this.

So LSU fans will be happy if they can just win close to 50% of their games with Alabama. Just keep it basically even. That seems to be what you are saying.

You know what you’re right… LSU will be “basically even” with Alabama from now on, happy?
Regardless, you can’t wait for this season to get started, not to root for your team but to hope and pray that Alabama falls off.
Just be honest and own the obsession.

You’re not very good at reading or counting.
LSU won in 1984, 1986, 1988, 1993, 1997, 2000, 2001, 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006

They had a Heisman winner at QB I believe, so I don't know if that's true.

Anything after 2000 is not between Bryant and Saban.

If you exclude Saban from Alabama you have to exclude Saban from LSU. A middle school student understands this much. So are you this dumb, or just really bad at trolling ?

Weird thread. Knee jerk reaction from Nate owning that arse again based on the timing.

Head Coach Games Seasons Wins Losses Ties Win %
Nick Saban 18 2007-2023 13 5 0 0.722
Mike Shula 4 2003-2006 0 4 0 0.000
Dennis Franchione 2 2001-2002 1 1 0 0.500
Mike DuBose 4 1997-2000 2 2 0 0.500
Gene Stallings 7 1990-1996 6 1 0 0.857
Bill Curry 3 1987-1989 2 1 0 0.666
Ray Perkins 4 1983-1986 1 2 1 0.375

Now take away the 3 wins that LSU had against Alabama, then add the one loss that they had while Saban coached LSU, and get back to us with a number!

Now you really look stupid. The bottom line is Saban is gone and it’s over for Bama. You hired a no name coach so things will be back to the way they were previously prior to Nick.
