LSU was their last SEC shut-out win. They shut LSU out 17-0. They were within a TD of LSU two years ago, and they've beaten LSU twice since they last beat A&M.

Wouldn't Daddy have a winning record against us? Is this one of those weird situations where the dad is jealous of the kid for being more successful?

Still 24th in win percentage after 30 years of garbage. Just think if we didn't go full retard and see how much better we would be today.

They don't have a single player who would start for another SEC team other than maybe Vanderbilt.

This is hyperbole. We don't have upper half of the SEC talent but there are some good young pieces to work with.

Offense:
RB Rakeem Boyd (probably SEC's 3rd best RB)
WR Treylon Burks (SEC all-freshman team)
WR Trey Knox (PFF all-freshman team)
RG Ricky Stromberg (PFF all-freshman team)
TE Hudson Henry (redshirted last year, arguably best TE recruit in 2019 class)

Franks may not be great but he's not the worst QB in the conference either so he'd start for a few other teams.

Defense I agree is pretty lacking but Bumper Pool is one of the better LBs in the conference, we have a CB who was on the thorpe award watch list and we get our best pass rusher back in DL Dorian Gerald who missed all of last year with an injury.

This thread would be better if it was started by anybody other than an Ole Miss fan.

During the absolute worst years of Arkansas football (which coincided with two of Ole Miss' best years since integration) our record with you is 4-4.

Freeze, Luke, doesn't matter.

At our shittiest, we still beat Ole Miss half the time.

Must suck.

You Mississippi schools are absolutely terrified of returning to the cellar and it's hilarious.

Nah just the insecure OM fans, as long as OM and Arky are around we feel pretty safe.

MSU has been pretty consistently middle of the pack over a decade with 3 different coaches which is progress, we are trying to take the next step forward now.

No. They will play Vandy or someone they can upset before then.

Typical Gump has LSU on the brain

Ummm..... no they weren't. You literally had to go to the following week to see our last SEC shutout win.

11/15/14 LSU W 17-0
11/22/14 Mississippi W 30-0

So once again Ole Mess is the panacea for our ailing program.

Can anyone guess what team provided our largest comeback victory in our football history -----

you got it - The Oxford Land Sharts.

Arkansas' 38-37 win over Ole Miss in 2017, after trailing by 24 points early in the second quarter, is the largest comeback in school history.

They blew a 24 point lead to a coach who was know for giving up big leads late in the game. They lost to a coach in his last to season..... to a team who barely beat Coastal Carolina..... and to a QB who now plays for the mud dawgs of SE Louisiana Tech School for the Blind.

Yeah - that's right our starting QB was hurt so the Giant Shrimpboat known as Cole Kelley was the hero that day.

Thanks Ole Miss

They have a chance against LSU, Ole Miss, Mizzou and Mississippi State. And Vandy, South Carolina or Kentucky if they play them over the next three seasons.

I had completely forgotten about this game

I have never seen a team collapse the way ole miss did that day. We were so awful i kept watching after we got way down just for laughs. Thank goodness i did. Limpert with the game winner.

As the old Arkansas saying goes: Thank God for Mississippi!

dkreller,

We maybe a whipping post in the SEC, but let's not discredit Arkansas in another conference. I think you are being biased.

Do you guys have to start an Arkansas bashing thread every time? Is this fun or are you just being jerkoffs?

Arkansas shut out Ole Miss the following week, 30-0.

BYU, Minnesota, Georgia Tech and Maryland have won National Titles in football since Texas A&M last won a title. World War II was fought since A&M last won a title.

LSU won the National Title just this past year which included a humiliating 50-7 win over Texas A&M.
